Great stay at a convenient location

Great location, very clean, fantastic hostess. Very convenient for families or group of 4 people.

Had some issues with water pressure; hostess did her best to solve. Internet was slow.

Superb

Location is amazing and the house itself is very well maintained and equipped. A great place to spend your holidays.

We found just one shower even though it was advertised as having two fully equipped bathrooms. We were 2 couples and a small child, so it was a bit tricky to get around this, but we managed with some planning.

Wonderful stay to remember!

The property is lovely, situated on the beach, all what you need for the stay is provided from the host. The beds were very conformable. The host was one of the best we ever had - always available when we needed her assistance, and always kind to direct us to amazing places in the surrounding (restaurants, sightseeings, other beaches, etc.).

I can only recommend it to everyone!

Excellent location , near to all! Eleni and her mum are very nice. They are helpful in everything. Well-equipped apartment with quiet air conditioning. Special thanks for the grill ,where we could prepare great meals.

Exceptional

Eleni is a perfect host 😊, we spent 10 days in july 2022 as a family of 4 plus 2 more adults. Location is perfect, its on the beach in the center of Nikitis pedestrian zone. All restaurants, cafes and giros are in 2 min. Fresh corner with fruits is few min by foot, lidl and masoutis few min by car. If you have small children, you can go to the beach and back 10 times a day. There is a parking spot in front of the house. The house is huge, very clean, 3 bedrooms upstares and 1 bathroom, living room downstairs with great kitchen and toilet. Very nice garden with a siting area. There is all home suplienses that you need, even more. Pictures are so realistic. I would recomend this place to everyone. We are coming back next year for sure. Big hug and kisses for Eleni and her mom, specialy from Novak (3) 🥰

everything was great starting from the location, the view from the terrace was great, the landlady Eleni was very hospitable, she gave us creams for body burns, I really have no objections except that in the afternoon when everyone was bathing the water ran out but it lasts a short time, we will definitely visit again.

We had an amazing stay in Cute Maisonette and all the needed support from our host Elena. Very close to the beach, comfortable house and yard with a sea view in the very central part of beautiful Nikiti. Will be happy to come back next year.

A nice vacation

Our family (3 adults, 2 kids) spent really nice vacation in Nikiti. The maisonette is not too big but compact and have all the necessary facilities. The location is very attractive – in the centre of Nikiti, near to lot of restaurants and cafes and some shops, but calm and private enough. The beach is just across the street (with cars, but not crowded). I totally join the good words for the hospitality of our host Eleni – she was really friendly and caring (from the ‘welcome pack’ in the frig – wine, water, ice cream, to the attention to a small electricity problem).

Fantastic property across from beach-good for families

Excellent location with the beach across the street. The property is clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Though located in a lively area, the accommodation is quiet and private. Everything you need can be found in this neighborhood (grocery,pharmacy, restaurants, shops). The accommodation has everything you would need in a home (for example kettle, coffee pots, dishes, cleaning supplies, hair dryer, clothes drying rack, even Netflix). Finally, we really appreciate how Eleni the owner was so hospitable and made our stay at Nikiti so memorable. I highly recommend this accommodation.
