Top location - right infront of the beach. Dimitris is a really good host. We were with kids and he made everything possible so that we check-in earlier. He also let us use the parking and the fridge during our last day although we already checked out. This made it possible for us to go to the beach our last day and we were able to use the the outside shower to wash out the sand before we get into the car and leave.
Generally speaking, the place is very decent. Each house has a BBQ and a table with chairs in both right infront of the house, and right at the back of the house. We had dinner and lunch there with the kids and our dog was playing around us.
The beach infront of the house is amazing. The water is very shallow, transparent and full of all kinds of fish. It's perfect for the kids and very good for swimming and paddle bord. There is a beach bar right there from where you can get drinks and food.

It was spatious enough for a group of 7 people. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach! Also there were useful appliances that we used - washing machine, toaster, etc.
In one of the rooms the door didn’t close fully, but everything else was perfect!
