The guest was extremely friendly and helpful
The air-conditioning worked well and kept the bedrooms comfortable (not our usual experience in this trip)
The apartment is a renovated traditional house and as such is accessed by narrow and very steep stairs. Likewise the upper bedroom is on a mezzanine level, also accessed by very steep stairs. This would be difficult, even dangerous for elderly or disabled persons

Location to the city center was very close and convenient. Very easy to walk to local restaurants and shops. Massimo was very helpful with luggage, parking and with recommendations for places to eat and visit. He is a wonderful HOST!
A lot of steps and very steep but manageable.
