Muy bellas instalaciones, comfortables y limpias

Hermoso lugar, muy tranquilo y limpio. Todo para descansar como en casa.

El personal no está pendiente de los clientes, al llegar tienes que llamar para que te abran la puerta porque elnseñor no está nunca. De ahí en fuera todo bien

El tamaño del depa muy bueno. Ubicación súper buena.

No había secadora. Las persianas dejan pasar demasiada luz. El acceso en las noches muy anticuado tener que quitar un candado. No toallas de alberca

Très déçus de l’appartement

Canapé de l’appartement sale. Sofa dirty Pas d’abat-jour au-dessus de la table de cuisine. No lamp shade in dining space.It took 10 days to get one. Rideau de douche déchiré. N’a pas été changé durant notre séjour de 3 semaines. Shower curtain ripped. Peu de casseroles et poêlon, on a dû demander No lamp in the second room. Un ami nous en a prêté une. Pas de table pour manger sur le balcon même après l’avoir demander. No table to eat on the balcony Il faut tout acheter: sel, poivre, papier de toilette, savon à vaisselle, linge à vaisselle, lavette. Les serviettes de bain sont fournies.

Pricey for what u get.

Great location. Good accommodations.

Musty smell after windows and doors are closed. No house keeping unless u pay for it.

Room was spacious and temperature was good.

Dangerous Location. 4 flights of stairs and no elevator. I’m disabled. Pool was gross. Construction trash everywhere. Too far for walking excursions.

Wonderful accommodations and location. We already booked for next year!

The Location was perfect? We loved the pool and the large accomadations.

The sofa needs to be replaced. That's the only thing, we loved this place!

Would absolutely recommend!

The suite was wonderful. We had the pool view. All amenities were in working condition! The pool was wonderful and it was extremely safe. All the guests were very friendly as well.

The basic supplies for a 1 week stay were not available, including: a dish rage, small dish soap, etc.

in 10 min walk bus stations. Across the street excellent coffee shop.

First the employees exceptional to help you. The rooms are good for a family and a kitchen with fridge & stove.

The pool not usable. outside run down.

Very good

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The pool and outdoor area was really lovely.

I didn't realize you the kitchen is not stocked with dish soap and tea towels.

The location

Lack of management in follow rules of the pool. Garbage , food , eating and drinking on glass on the pool area .Children without any parental or lack of parental supervision regardless of other people in the pool .The notice of all rules in the paper doesn't make any sense if nobody make sure everyone they are follows .Lack of clean and clear water over the pool especially on long weekends . Where people jump with clothes and shoes and there are not mandatory showers before entering in the pool .

Hard to reach staff. No extra toilet paper. Towel was dirty/discolored. Not enough towels. Did not realize in time to request more. Pool did not seem too clean. . Kitchenware seen better days.

location is great. so many restaurants in the area.

my suite was right in front of a gate that i was told was for staff only, yet guest after guest used that gate but i had to walk all the way around the first building. every day, every time i went out.

Desperately needs maintenance, unhelpful staff, murky pool

Comfortable bed. Café across the road was great and easy waking distance to shops & Beach.

Unhelpful staff (more interested looking at their phone than to help us), not clean, half of the kitchen utensils were missing or dirty, no way to lock door from inside (it auto locked but no latch), broken latches on window so didn't feel secure. Bathroom sink leaks water from plumbing underneath. Pool was green and murky so didn't swim. Overall disappointing and definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Very good

The location is great w/everything in walking distance - shopping, restaurants & bars, beach... The property is clean & well maintained. The accordian sliding balcony glass door was a surprise & loved the 2 layers of blinds (vs curtains). AC in each bedrm & living space a plus along with ceiling fans in each room. Pool managed well & was always so inviting.

The (true) double bed too small to sleep together comfortably. Would have been nice to have a key to entrance near our building vs only to parking gate. Some people did have, not all guests provided. The TV was disappointing, could only get 1 channel.

Disappointing

This property is very well situated with many restaurants around. It was clean. The pool, pool area and spa were clean and very nice.

We did not have a car, but to access the property, they gave us a key to the main gate which opens to the parking and is very hard to open. We were on the 4th floor, with no lift. A lot of basic items were missing in the condo. One roll of toilette paper for our 10 days stay No tissus or hand soap No dish soap or cleaning supplies, rags, for the kitchen No information as to where we could get drinking water Two light bulbs missing in the lamps with a promise to bring them, which never happened No hangers for our cloths The TV did not work for the first 4 days So, quite disappointed to need to spend time shoping for some of these items when you are staying only 10 days.

Beautiful place. Highly recommend it and reasonably priced. All amenities are just a short walk.

Stayed 14 days and have no complaints, Friendly staff, good location, great 2 bedroom kitchenette, nice pool and quiet neighbourhood.

We would have liked an entrance key for the gate near our building instead of having to go through the main entrance then walking around passing the gate, but it was a very minor inconvenience.

First two nights🙏, third night🤬😡

The first two nights we stayed, things were great so we booked a third night............

The third night however, we were woken up by wildly loud construction noise that was adjacent our building and continued all morning right until check out. We stayed in a different building the first two nights, but had to move to another spot in the complex and it was a low-key nightmare. The toilets wouldn't flush and the construction noise in the morning was something you'd see out of a movie. I told them in the morning and the whole situation, but failed to get any minor compensation for the issue.

This will be a follow-up to the prior review about the third night

Unbearable construction noise was taking place in our building bright and early in the morning, and even I asked for a partial refund, I got no reply. If you're ok with being woken up by jackhammers, drills and hammering then this might be the place for you.

Superb

Nice pool. Very clean condo. Other people there were older (like me). A lot of French spoken, which was a change. Hot showers. Completely stocked kitchen. All round, it was a great hotel for the price and would not hesitate to recommend it.
