Enjoy an open air jacuzzi in our tropical garden. Then it's time for sunset in Seminyak, shopping, fine dinning or party! Oberoi street is just 5mn walk away from the villa. You will be close to Kudeta, Potato Head, Ultimo, Rumors, W hotel, Metis, Sarong, Sardines, Teatro and all the main venues of Seminyak. You can also enjoy Seminyak Beach (66, Petitenget). Both villas are 3 bedrooms each and have been designed in an identical way. Only the decoration changes from one to another, but the spirit remains the same. It is a complex made of 2 units of 3 bedroom villas arranged like separated small private villas linked by a pathway. The 2 villas are both located next to each other which makes it very convenient for a family or a group trip. The villas, while separated, are still very easy to access from one to the other as linked with a connecting door (no need to go out to pass from one villa to the other!). From the entrance door, you will discover a splendid view on the villa of your dreams: its pool house, its infinity pool and integrated pool bar, its open living and dinning room, its tropical plants and exotic palm trees in the garden, its private bedrooms opening on an open sky private bathroom.... It is simply a real paradise that you will experience during all your stay in Bali. Spoil yourself and enjoy a hot bath in a tropical atmosphere at any time of the day and night. Admire the worldwide famous Balinese sunset from the garden or even from the pool while enjoying a tropical cocktail at the pool bar. Delight yourself by using the fully equiped american kitchen for unforgettable breakfast, lunch and diners. The fee depends on the number of guests. Just make sure your arrival on the island of the gods is as smooth and silky as possible Located at 300m of the main Sunset Road, you will easily find your way to the villa and enjoy the close boutiques, restaurants, bars at only a walking distance. Take a taxi or rent one of our cars and it will take you only 5 minutes to go to the beach... Most of the time, our manager will be there to welcome our guest and give them some tips about things to do and see in Bali, good tricks to know and will give all general information our guest need to know about Bali and more... Had a great stay in Bali with 8 friends. The property is 2 identical 3 bedroom villas that have a door between them. Great for 2 families travelling together as they can have their own space yet still be under the same roof.

On arrival, staff very friendly. Setup of the villas was great , pool kept beautiful all the time, very good location out of busy Legian and Kuta . The pool area’s definitely needed sun bed or something to sit or lay on as we were informed the macrame hammock and swings were display only - not to be used !! Villas need some $$ spent on them as they are looking tired. Door handles falling off, doors not sliding open easily, air conditioners not working very efficient in all rooms, locks on doors to toilets not working properly. Villa 2 lacked any tv’s - (villa 1 had two) and no ice in villa 2 whereas villa 1 had built in ice maker in fridge , step inbetween villas extremely dangerous especially when wet. Tiles in dining area very dangerous and slippery when wet. naming the villa would have also caused less head aches. We always had to say villa past penny villa 4 Overall lovely location and villas suited our big party but quite over priced for what you get.

Loved the villa, the team adjusted it to my two young children by adding a pool fence and moving breakable items which was amazing. My kids loved the pool and the room to move in the villa. The girls cooked us breakfast everyday in the villa which was amazing. They loved and interacted with us and the kids felt like home away from home. Would definitely stay again

Our stay was fantastic, the villa is large, very spacious, two pools and lovely open kitchen and lounge area. Short walk to the centre of Seminyak, nice to be a little further away from the hustle and bustle. The villa staff were amazing, especially Ketut, the property manager. Super helpful before we even arrived, organising our airport transfers and any special requests. Can’t thank Ketut enough for his efficiency and attentiveness during our stay. Thank you Ketut! Also highly recommend the in villa breakfast, delicious!! Overall, a 5 out of 5! Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent stay in Seminyak

Simply the best and loveliest 6 bedroom villa in Seminyak. Close to many restaurants and convenient stores. We enjoyed the 2 Pools and the bonus point of connecting villa is just so convenient for us when we would like to have a spa day or sleep in. We spent 1 week in the villas and everything was just top class. Ketut did his best to make sure we were happy, getting us floats, bbq dinner, surfing classes for the boys and scooter rentals. Everything was good. We loved the gusto gelato next door was perfect for tea time and we had delivery from easily any restaurants thanks to the owner's suggestions. We followed his suggestion and went to Old Man's and la plancha, excellent idea for sunset drinks. What more can I say? Superb villa, love the pool bar!!!! Excellent service and we will be back again. Highly recommended in Seminyak. Best villa ever! Thank you guys, we will see you soon. xo
