Incredible stay at Kalapa!
We booked the private pool villa and it was the best decision. The room was extremely comfortable and it was great to take a dip and cool down in our own space after hot days of exploring the area.
They even have usb ports so you don’t need to worry about international plugs!
It is down a very private and quiet area but yet close enough to everything you need. Plenty of things around on a 5-15min walk and everything we wanted to do that was a little further away was a max of 15min drive. I thought it was going to be a problem at the time of booking but not at all!
The breakfast were amazing too, unfortunately didn’t get time to try the restaurant for any other meal as we had lots of restaurants on our list to try but certainly hope we will be back to try dinner there too!
We did the airport pick up with them and everything ran super smoothly!
We will definitely be back and recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bali!

We had a great stay at Kalapa Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even better.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of good options, and the pool area was beautiful and very relaxing — perfect for switching off after a day exploring Bali.
I also tried yoga for the first time during our stay and really enjoyed it. The instructor made it easy and comfortable for a beginner, and it was a great way to start the day.

I imagine is hard to take care of wooden furniture in a tropical weather so items look a bit run down but nothing major

Breakfast was good , Gardens were nice
The rooms were small and dark , really needed updating and a good clean , floors were uneven and creaking , stains on mozzie net, very narrow and long driveway that barely fits a car , taxies will not go down driveway as its very hard to turn around , as you enter the hotel on the left your greeted by the rubbish where the hotel dumps their rubbish and park their bikes.Property is on a hill so lots of mossy slippery stairs and loose stones to navigate to go to restaurant or your rooms . There is abridge to cross a local canal to get to your rooms or restaurant , which can get dirty and smelly at times due to rubbish floating down stream , we only stayed for one night and moved to another hotel , photos look good on the web but really disappointing when you get there
