It’s a great location, very clean, lovely facilities.
Staff seemed quite disinterested. We went into reception to ask about tours on our second day and found the staff member to be of no help whatsoever. Gave us a couple of irrelevant pamphlets and sent us on our way. At times drinks and food service was way too slow.

The hotel itself, its facilities and everything it has to offer were great. The service was excellent, the location perfect. The common areas are beautiful. Breakfast was really good.
However, our room was unfortunately far from what we would expect from a five-star hotel. We booked a “King Room” but the condition of the corridor near our room, the cleanliness, and especially the state of the walls were simply not up to a five-star standard.
What makes this even more surprising is that everything else about the hotel is so beautiful. The contrast between the public areas and the condition of our room made it feel almost like the less impressive parts had been hidden behind beautiful common spaces.
