Hotel located in Canggu, near many great restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Bathroom equipped with amenities. Beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping done twice a day. Overall service is commendable and attentive.
Property located beside Atlas and Finn’s beach clubs. Either love it or hate it, the music is audible till late at night. There are only 5 sun beds beside the pool. Unless you have a pool access room, it’s not too convenient. The rest of the sun beds are located on an open deck facing the sea. Breakfast variety is limited and buffet food storage can be improved. Salads, cold cuts and cheese not stored properly.

Very close to the beach. Wonderful staff. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was really yummy.
At times could hear neighbours in other rooms. Rooftop bar was pretty sleepy. Gym very small.

The rooms are incredible, large, comfortable and clean with a great view of the ocean (if you get the ocean view room). The staff are always very friendly and smiling when approached.
I was pretty disappointed in this property. The service was average, the facilities even more average. Breakfast was nice but nothing amazing compared to other places we have stayed in Bali. Ordered room service one afternoon and it took forever to get to us and when it did it was well and truely cold. We stayed two nights, one of those days room service was completely unavailable and the next night the ocean viewing/ dining area was closed for a wedding (which is absolutely fine but having more than 12 hours notice would have been appreciated).
