This lovely Penthouse apartment is located on the Balcon de Europa, right in the heart of Nerja, within easy walking distance to the Beach, as well as numerous Bars and Restaurants. The small block is locate above a bank a consists of just one other property. The property is located on the second floor, with lift access, and internally there is a staircase up to the private roof terrace.
The apartment consists of a master bedroom, with en-suite and two further bedrooms, one further full bathroom. The lounge over looks the main square and church. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher. The roof terrace has a pool and out door seating as well as six sun loungers, from here there are panoramic views.

We had a lovely stay of three generations in this apartment situated in the heart of Nerja we would have given 5 stars ( excellent ) however due to a few issues we sadly didnt think we could do so. We hope these will be accepted as constructive feedback for both yourselves and future guests The door in the main bedroom did not close and had to be wedged to it was a big privacy issue for us !! I had read this on a previous review and thought it would have been addressed by time of our arrival The toilet brush in the on-suite of this bedroom was in desperate need of replacement The bedding and towels were looking old and tired The patio furniture and dining table are in need of upgrading both shabby and tired And due to coffee table and two chairs being broken they were unsafe to use . The kitchen lacked a selection of assorted dishes ( for nibbles and dips ect ) for social family gathering Now on to the positives John was excellent host who I’m sure would have addressed these issues had I contacted him but being on our first family holiday in many years didn’t want to spend time addressing these issues The situation of the appartment was perfect for us all to go off and explore independently The apartment was clean and had ample space for us all comfortably The beds were very comfy with plenty of wardrobe space in bedrooms Pool was a bonus and super rooftop space for us all to enjoy The apartment windows and shutters were very effective

Apartment is amazing great size and the roof top terrace is massive. Great location and John was so helpful when ever we got in touch with him. Our second visit and will definitely book again

Incredible apartment and location. Situated at the main square near the Balcon in Nerja. Spotless place, clear instructions and a very responsive and helpful owner. I would go there again in a heartbeat. Did I mention drinking morning coffees at the rooftop with pool? Fife stars!

The property has the potential to be one of the best in Nerja but it requires a fair bit of work previous reviews says a smell of damp we didn't experience this but it's obvious where there has been damp with the master bedroom door frame rotted and warped so much it was impossible to close the door, as with previous reviews the property is surface clean but could do with a deep clean and painting in some areas. On the positive side it's a big property with more than ample space for 6 people and adequate crockery and cutlery for 6 the roof terrace is spacious and again there's enough space, chairs and sunbeds for all the rooftop pool is no more than a plunge pool it looks a lot bigger in the photos. Again the pigeons and their mess is a nuisance but there's little can be done about that. It's a great location literally in the centre of town great for people watching and allowing the kids to independence to go and get ice cream as you can see them all the time. One more thing if you're a light sleeper like me the cleaning of the balcon area and the ins and outs of the laundry and rubbish trolleys from the hotel next door will wake you at random times throughout the night.Would I go back well no, not in it's current state I've stayed in far better for similar cost in Nerja but have stayed in worse.
