About this villa rental
The villa is located on top of a hill in the Cas Grandi residential area, 15 minutes (by car) from Willemstad. The popular beaches Jan Thiel Beach, Zanzibar, Papagayo Beach and Mambo Beach are reachable within 5-10 minutes (by car).
The villa and the two apartments are located on the same complex. There is parking space for one car at the top at the villa. For each apartment there is also a parking space on the property.
The site can be closed with an automatic fence.
It is a safe, quiet neighborhood.
Important to know: if you only rent the villa, the swimming pool is only for you and your party. The apartments are not allowed to use the swimming pool, unless the entire complex is rented by a group.
So you have the privacy of the pool.
The villa has 4 bedrooms with box springs. The fifth bedroom has a bunk bed + 1 box spring.
There are 2 bathrooms each with a shower, toilet and two sinks. There is a third toilet separately.

Very relaxing and quiet area with a perfect view.

The villa was a great place to have a family holiday. It had everything we needed and the BBQ was well used for those wonderful evening dinners. The pool was loved by the children and adults alike! We had the opportunity of meeting the owners daughter who was a wonderful representation of her family. When we come back to Curacao we will definitely stay here again as it was in a great location and calm area.

We really enjoyed our stay in this great villa. Nice location, very spacious and relaxing swimming pool. Everything just as described and shown on the pictures. Any problems, like a not working dishwasher, are taken care of by Maria and Rob, the local team.
We loved it here and definitely plan to come again.
