Great location close to beach and railway station
All the amenities that you require for a short stay plus some extras like water and milk in the fridge and items for breakfast

Tutto: la cura degli ambienti (rinnovati, puliti), i colori tenui e l'arredamento ricercato, la biancheria a disposizione, il set per la colazione. La posizione è eccezionale, a due passi dalla stazione e dalla spiaggia, e a dai servizi essenziali (farmacia, bar, banca, posta, market, ristoranti). Una buona TV in soggiorno, il wifi. Il bagno moderno e curato. Una comoda (e nuova) lavatrice.
L"appartamento si trova al quarto piano (nel palazzo è presente l"ascensore), da cui si possono ammirare tramonti unici e indimenticabili.
La gentilezza della signora Anna, sempre disponibile e attenta anche alle piccole esigenze. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, credo che questo sia l'elemento più importante!!

This apartment is perfect located right by the train station at Santa Marinella. Beautiful view of the beach and 4 min walking distance.
Grocery shop and tons of great restaurants around.
Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for few days traveling in Santa Marinella.
We even came by car, and there was free parking with the building that was a plus!
