Location is great! Everything you might want to see is within walking distance, sight seeing bus stops within 5 meters from the door, metro is 50 meters, Duomo is within walking distance! The flat itself is clean, spacious and well equipped. We found the bed very comfortable too! Owner is always very helpful if there are any questions, response is quick.

Location was great and felt safe! Loved the air conditioning! Loved the large refrigerator!
The lighting was odd and no coffee or espresso maker. Also could not figure out how to use the washing machine. Instructions would be helpful.

Location
Promise of earlier check in and door not opening. It was lunch time and no respnse from staff. We had to find a friend’s hotel to wait until 3 to check in. That is the big advantage of a hotel… you can leave the luggage early. Next time will book a hotel.
