Nestled within the secure, gated Pointe Royale Golf Village neighborhood. -Second-level entry - about 13 steps up to the front door -Nestled along the shoreline of Lake Taneycomo for year-round world-class trout fishing (license required) -Charcoal grill available under stairwell below condo (grilling supplies not included) -Wood burning fireplace (firewood not provided) See below for more detailed information on condo amenities. This condo was amazing! Very clean and nicely decorated. All three beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. Very quiet as well.

We rented this place to celebrate Christmas. I messaged in April, to ensure a tree would be up and was told a hour before our arrival that a tree was not put up. It was just a disappointment for all the kids. The condo was nice, just wish communication was better so we could of decided to stay somewhere else or bring our own tree.

We had a great time. Condo was clean and quiet. Location was perfect on the golf course. We played one round. Good course. A bed upstairs may have had a slat out of it. Slanted down on one side. We checked in on a 102° day. Air was not keeping up, but our son is a handy man and fixed the condensation valve and then it worked fine. Kitchen had good utensils provided.

I was very impressed by this condo. It was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. The location was gorgeous and relaxing and quiet. There were absolutely no issues with check in or out or anything in the condo. Everything worked. All the staff i came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying in this condo for a 4 day get away at the end of Christmas break! The condo was in a great location to get to everything we wanted to do, but we also enjoyed the amenities that the condo itself offered as well (the indoor pool was a win with the kiddos AND they loved strolling along the lake every afternoon) We had PLENTY of room for the 4 adults and 4 kids in our party and the kiddos loved that they had their own space in the loft! The condo was furnished with everything that we needed for our stay and provided for a fun-filled and relaxing trip!

Everything was very smooth! Condo was a good fit for our family. Property manager was prompt to answer any and all of my questions, and provided a high chair and pack and play when I requested them.

The condo was clean. The carpet and flooring seemed new, which was nice. No significant issues. Only minor issues getting enough WiFi to watch Disney+ one evening. The kids liked the loft room so they could be together but in separate beds.

Great place to stay. Outside of the hustle and bustle of town but also conveniently close to things. Condo worked perfectly for our family of 5. Short walk to the river for excellent trout fishing. Pool is a short walk to the club house. No complaints and would stay here again! Thanks to the owners for providing a nice place for a family to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved pointe royals and although the golf course was super wet, the guys had fun golfing. The condo had everything we needed but definitely needs more towels, the country club pool didn’t have towels so we had to use the house towels and had to do a load of laundry at least once a day to have towels for showers. Master bed is comfy, but guest room needs a new mattress bad. It slopes downhill and it’s very hard. My parents didn’t sleep well on it. Other than that it was a good layout and about 15-20 mins to all things Branson. We prefer staying out a ways instead of the touristy strip area. Overall we had a great trip!
