Located in Branson, this attractive condo for $251 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Book a stay at The Gathering Grounds! Perfectly named, since it will be the place your group retreats to gather together for meals, great conversation, family time, movie night, and restful sleep! You will not be disappointed. This 2400 square foot, open, spacious condo is one of the largest in Pointe Royale. We have stocked it with everything you need for the perfect Branson Getaway. Once you step inside, you will not want to leave. 2 King Bedrooms are located on the main floor with 2 bathrooms. The master King Suite on the main level has direct access to the balcony to provide gorgeous views of the Lake Taneycomo, the playground, and the Ozark Mountains. Cook all you meals in our spacious fully stocked kitchen. This condo is unique from many others because we have 4 bedrooms along with 2 living rooms. So much space! A second loft living room is a great space for your kiddos to retreat for fun and games! 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. One upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds and in the other bedroom you'll find 2 full beds and a twin trundle. We also have a portable trifold memory foam queen mattress that can sleep extra guests on the floor of your choice:) When not enjoying the beautiful condo, you can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool and hot tub, playground, dog park, fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more. Lake Taneycomo and the playground are under a 2 minute stroll from the condo. Your vacation retreat is awaiting! Distance to Local Branson Activities 4 miles/9 minutes to The Strip 2 miles/9 minutes to Fall Creek Marina-great place to rent a boat for Lake Taneycomo 5 miles/12 minutes to The State Park Marina- great place for boat rental on Table Rock Lake 8 miles/15 minutes to Silver Dollar City 8 miles/19 minutes to Branson Landing We are a second level condo- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee -Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. -Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster -Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started. -Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest. -Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams. -Please leave the home picked up and games put away.

Booked the condo for 12 people in our family aged 7-69. Went to Dixie stampede, golfed on the point royale course, went to silver dollar city, and went to let there be lights show. This condo is excellent for 12 people. Master bedroom on lower floor just off of living room has king bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub. 2nd bedroom on ground floor has king bed with bathroom just outside bedroom. Fully supplied kitchen is downstairs with table and chairs for 6 there. Another table with 6 chairs in living room area. Upstairs has a bedroom with 2 queen beds, another bedroom with 2 single beds with a trundle pullout. A bathroom upstairs and an area with a hide a bed and tv. Also there is a fold out foam mattress upstairs for extra sleeping. All rooms have tv’s. Washer and dryer in condo also. Laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo and conditioner and everything else you need is there. Also fake fireplace in living area. Very secure area and right next to river with trout fishing. Plenty of parking as we brought 4 vehicles. I would recommend this unit for a wonderful stay in Branson and you are only minutes from all activities in branson

Upstairs gets a little warm during the day so make sure you keep doors closed and fans running. Owner is super easy to work with and very accommodating!

Beautiful, clean, spacious, there were 8 of us and it was so well stocked with paper products we did not have to buy anything, plenty of soaps and shampoos! This lady thinks of it all. Two tables so games and eating not a problem beautiful fireplace and views. Very comfy beds plenary of space for kids upstairs. Pool very nice and about 5 minutes from the strip. Also a very nice little store 1/4 of a mile. You can not go wrong with this place.

My husband and I live here but had family come from Washington Oregon California and Florida. 12 members stayed in the condo. 8 adults and 4 children. It could not have been more perfect. It is a beautiful condo and has plenty of room for everyone. I would absolutely recommend it for large families.

Exactly as advertised, great location and the home was fully ready to move into, kitchen was great, including SHARP knives, we really enjoyed it and the owner contacted us several times to make sure we were pleased. Would Highly recommend it!

Wonderful condo and management. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. We loved being so close to Lake Taneycomo so we could walk down to the water edge to fish. We would definitely rent again if we return to the area.

We've gone to branson at least twice a year for the last 25 plus years and this is by far one of the best places we've stayed and will call them first next time. It's nice to have everyone together in the same place that feels like home.

The entire experience was superior from booking to check-out. We used to own a condo in Branson, so I'm kind of picky. I will book here again. The location is beautiful and the condo is comfortable and up to date. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.

We did so much in a week; rented a pontoon, fished, swam, went to the Titanic Museum, the aquarium, spent a day at Silver Dollar City, etc. the house was perfect and the pool was great. Checking in and out were easy. Thank you for everything!
