The adjoining balcony features a 6-seater dining table with views of the lush green outdoors, perfect to enjoy al-fresco meals. Show off your cooking skills in the kitchen. Spacious and roomy, it is fitted with glossy granite countertops and dewy white cabinetry. Stainless-steel appliances are available for guest use, including a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven and refrigerator.  Enjoy a casual round of drinks on the 2 bar stools available or tuck in for intimate family gatherings at the 2 6-seater indoor dining tables. The home accommodates 14 guests in 4 bedrooms, all aesthetically designed. #Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor and features a king-size bed along with a smart TV. #Bedroom 2 is also on the main floor, equipped with a king-size bed and smart TV. On the 2nd floor, #bedroom 3 comes with a king-size bed. #Bedroom 4 is the kids’ room on the 2nd floor. It has twin bunk beds and a smart TV. THINGS TO NOTE: - There are 3 bathrooms with shower/tub combos, while 1 also offers a relaxing jacuzzi. - A washer/dryer is included. - Parking is available onsite. - This is a walk up unit of 18 steps to the penthouse. - The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason. - As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.” All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule. This unit was the dirtiest place we have ever stayed in. We walked in and the odor of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The units floors were filthy, we wiped the kitchen and bathroom floors and our towels and were black when we finished. Windows were not clean, walls in the unit are chipped and very dirty. I would not recommend this to anyone. However David worked with us to get some things worked out so we could stay. Thank you

The property was wonderful. Best set up in kitchen with spices etc… Beautiful accommodations glad to have the window A/C in room upstairs. Only complaint was that my grandchildren and my daughter had black feet after going barefoot for 15 minutes in the living room kitchen area. Floors appeared visibly clean but weren’t. The rest of condo was clean and have no complaints. Owner might be paying for cleaning crew that is not doing the best job. Would use again.

Loved the bedroom set up, this is an excellent place for multi families staying together. Excellent kitchen with plenty of kitchen supplies and tools. Very clean and comfortable beds. The townhouse has access to swimming pools, tennis courts, etc. I would definitely start here again, we all loved it! Thank you Chris, appreciate your hospitality!😊

Property was not the one pictured when we rented, but was nice enough. Biggest problem was that it was supposed to be a non smoking condo but it wreaked of cigarette smoke. When the heat kicked on it got stronger because it’s in the ventilation system.

Upon arrive inside the house smelled like cigarette smoke and we found poop in the living room floor also in one of the bathrooms on the shower curtain. Great neighborhood though.

We've stayed in this complex multiple times in others units. This particular unit was adequate but could use some updates. The upstairs bathroom sink had a slow drain that I noticed a prior guest reported but it was still slow/clogged for us. Some of the baseboard in that bathroom was rotted. The dark colored towels were bleach-stained. The bedroom upstairs ) (adjacent to the loft) was HOT so had a large portable air conditioner in it with a tube going out the window. A bit hokey but functional. That window had a warped tension rod and cheap window sheers. There was a stain on a sofa in the living room and the rug appeared old and worn and too small for the area. The sofa with the stain was not comfortable, as the seat cushions rose up toward the back due to the sleeper inside, assuming. The beds were very comfortable, however, and the unit was clean (the most important thing). The location is great. Price could have been a little better but it was acceptable, obviously. We had to wait on hold on the phone for a full hour Sunday morning to request a late checkout; not the best experience. Overall, a four-out-of-five stars.

It was a great property. There were more little things provided that many places do not such as coffee filters, sugar, cooking supplies. We had a couple of issues but the property manager took care of very quickly. It was a very nice property. We had a great time.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything. It was exactly what we needed for a family of 7 adults. Host was good about checking to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. Thank you, we will definitely stay again!

Property was nice & clean. A couple of little maintenance issues that the owner wouldn't know about unless they were brought to his attention. Response was quick and positive. We ahd a great time.
