About this condo rental
Nestled in Arverne, this attractive condo for $233 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Sunny bright & fully furnished. Beach and Boardwalk at end of block. Short walk to supermarket, shops, playground, parks, sprinklers, boardwalk bars & restaurants, transportation, etc. Perfect for family summer vacationers, weekend getaways, JFK travelers, etc. 2 Stops from JFK. Definitely not suitable for parties or large gatherings. As per New NYC STR regulations we are only permitted to rent one room allow 2 guests and note that the unit is owner occupied. It is a two bedroom 1 bath apt, clean, spacious, decorated very nicely and in excellent shape. Full kitchen, stove & oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central AC, Cable TV & Firestick, Internet, etc. Ample street parking on the block. Close to subway, bus, minutes from NYC ferry to Manhattan & many available local Taxi.

Everything was as advertised and the owner was very responsive.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was steps away and the local restaurants excellent.

As advertised, very centrally located. We came so our kids could go to the local surf camp for the week while my wife and I worked back at the apartment. Everything worked out really well.

We stayed a block away from Rockaway Beach. Great location. Beautiful address. Clean, filled with Menu’s from local restaurants, books, basic kitchen supplies, toiletries. A lot of beach gear, such as beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas were available. Very friendly Property Owners who informed us with available options and local neighborhood spots.

Comfortable stay!
Comfortable, convenient place to rest after several busy, action-packed days in NYC. We used the second bedroom with double beds to have room to stretch out. Beds, pillows, sheets/comforters were very soft and comfy. We appreciated the ‘extras’ everywhere throughout, even though we didn’t need them. Nice towels, plenty of hot water. Thanks Bobby & Holly for everything!

Great beach getaway!
We had a wonderful girls' weekend at this great apartment near the beach! Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and an easy uber ride to many restaurants and bars.
Holly and Bobby were so kind and very accommodating! They went over and beyond to make us comfortable and answer any questions we had. It was such a nice bonus to have bikes available to use!
We look forward to our next stay there!

Rockaway escape
Very nice condo with convenient location near the beach and boardwalk. Also close to subway station and Ferry terminal (by shuttle). Bobby was amazing as Host! He pointed out all the best places to eat and visit. Thanks Bobby!

Rockaway retreat
The owners are phenomenal people, and truly caring and helpful!!!! The location is fantastic, and the area is quaint... The penthouse apartment was clean, but it has been used hard and could use a little updating.. Overall we couldn’t ask for a better family to rent from!!!

Apartment is very cute and close to the beach. Owners were very helpful; have great restaurant suggestions. Loved using the bikes in the boardwalk.

Family vacation to NYC
This place was great for our stay, Bobby gave us great advice on how to get around the city and recommendations for food. Pizza we had was AMAZING !!!! Having the beach so close was nice even though it was too chilly to swim we still took the kids down to the boardwalk to dip our toes in to the ocean. The ferry was great to take into the city every day vs driving in traffic. Our trip was great would definitely recommend this place to others visiting NYC!

Amazing
First time using HomeAway! Bobby has set the standard very high for everyone else. If I don’t get the same treatment I won’t book from them! He got in contact with me prior to arriving to make sure I was ready. He told me about all the restaurants in the area via text so I can go back to see it later. Had beach chairs, irons, pots and pans, even condiments for cooking. My wedding party greatly appreciated everything he did for us! I would give him 6 stars if I could!

The absolute BEST!
From the time we landed, Bobby and Holly were taking care of us, offering us suggestions on great places to eat in the area before we arrived. When they found out it was our anniversary, Holly made us a special dessert and a bottle of wine that was waiting for us when we walked into their fabulous apartment! It was so special! The place was very clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of 4. It was walking distance (a few blocks) to the beach, stores and everything we needed. They even invited our kids to go surfing with their family the next day. I wish we had time to stay longer as it was one of the best spots we stayed on our 10-day vacation around New York. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back again ourselves!

Your very own beach getaway
Absolutely everything was perfect! Bobby and Holly were very accommodating and helpful providing us with all the information we needed for a fun filled weekend. You are close to everything most importantly the beach and the apartment is very well kept and nicely decorated. We can not thank them enough and can not wait to return.
