Newly remodeled space with queen bed, sofa bed, desk, chair, efficiency kitchen w/utensils, pots and pans, dishes, 2 burner stove, microwave, convection oven, toaster, fridge, & sink. Bathroom, too, is totally remodeled with new vanity, linen closet, walk-in shower, etc. Use of deck is permitted and has gas fire pit. Feel free to come and go as you please with your own private entry way. Enjoy the backyard as your own mountain getaway. Indulge in the comfort of a southern mountain home. Welcome, welcome, welcome!

Ed and Rosie's Place is a lovely little place. It's tight with a family of 4 but it's location is perfect for us and we love the backyard. Though small, it has everything you could possibly need. Rosie is a very thoughtful host!

Ed and Rosie place is small but very nice. Rosie checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortabable and had everything we needed. We did not get a chance to use the fire pit or hot tub but we definitely will next time. The only issue was getting our luggage into the house, I had to carry it most all the way because the Vrbo entry is in the back. If you stay here bring small bags. Otherwise we highly recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend in the Black Mountain area and this was a very clean and cute place to stay! We sat on the back deck every evening by the gas fire pit. So enjoyable! We'll definitely try to stay here again.

The neighborhood is very quiet and pretty and the space is cozy and welcoming. The back porch was very nice and with the gas firepit was perfect. The hot tub was just what the doctor ordered for our old and tired muscles. Especially since I had strained my back earlier in the the week. All in all, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to relax for a few days!

There was everything one needed or wantedâŚ.and then someâŚ. at this beautiful location! Inside and out nicely furnished and decorated. Owner was quick to answer any questions. Canât say too many nice things or Iâll never get a chance to book it again. It is definitely a 5 star plus plus!

Perfect for a night on the way through
Kids and I stopped for a nite on way to their summer camp. Was perfect. Great outdoor area to enjoy the cool mountain air fireside. Super clean! Great to have keurig too!! Everything you need.

We had a great experience at Ed and Rosieâs place. The whole apartment was super clean, recently updated, and well-appointed. Communication was outstanding and we felt very cared-for during our stay.

Ed and Rosie even provided everything to makes smores! The bathroom was very nice and I loved that the towels and robes had "Ed and Rosie's Place" embroidered on it.
There was a sidewalk by the cottage that could take you straight to downtown. Black Mountain is a wonderful place to visit! Highly recommend this town and Ed and Rosie's place! Can't wait to go and back and visit with my husband!

Rosie was a delightful host, the property is easily accessed and full of extras. It is nicely furnished with a modern sensibility and if you want to stay for a while, the kitchen, though small, is fully equipped with smart extras.

Great Stay!
Rosie was a great host. Everything was spot on just like it was it was represented in the pictures. Downtown is right up the road with all the great food. The bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the back porch with the propane fire place, but the hot tub was our favorite spot! Weâd love to come back for another trip.

Hot tub, board games, fire pit (gas and natural), etc. I highly recommend it. Ed and Rosie were also very sweet people and were very clear that if anything was needed that we shouldnât hesitate to let them know!
The only thing I have to mention is that if youâre extremely tall (such as myself) you might hit your head a few times. Apart from that however, I wouldnât hesitate to stay here again!

This is a great spot near the Black Mountain shops. The room is very cozy and the we enjoyed time in the hot tub. Check in was very easy and the hosts had everything taken care of. We really appreciate all the considerations that were in place for a great visit.

This cozy, clean, new, and fresh place within walking distance to the lovely downtown Black Mountain is a gem! We would recommend for a romantic getaway! The hot tub was awesome too.

Simply Perfect
Rosie & Ed's was the perfect place! It's location is close to the town center and wonderful hikes. The accommodations were very clean and appealing. The amenities in the backyard, hot tub, fire pits, swings etc.. were a real plus after an active day.

We enjoyed our stay (although we werenât there much!). The hot tub was perfect after a 12 hour drive one day and a full day at Biltmore the next! We enjoyed sitting on the deck with the fire pit, as well.
