Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden

Von der Unterkunft ist der See in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Haus befindet sich ein Restaurant in dem man gut essen kann. Vor dem Zimmer befindet sich eine Terrasse auf der man angenehm sitzen kann. Das Frühstück konnte man auf der Terrasse einnehmen, es war alles nötige vorhanden.

Der Weg zur Unterkunft führt über eine schmale Straße mit Autoverkehr. Der Gehweg ist stellenweise recht schmal.

Lovely place to stay with comfortable parking. Just couple minutes of walk from the center. Breakfast was served but there was enough food. Would happily stay again.

Lightsleepers should bring earplugs.

Too noisy for us. Not a comfortable stay at all

The staff was extraordinarily gracious and kind.

It is a small B&B. 3 rooms. We had a reservation for 2 nights. We left after the first night. Our room was overlooking a noisy street, and directly over a restaurant. The dinner crowd was very noise, both in the street and in the restaurant, until after midnight. The street cleaner arrived around 6 a.m. and the garbage collection shortly thereafter. I am a tall person. The bed was too short for me. There was only one light in the bedroom so either you are in total darkness or in bright light..no side lights for the bed. Perhaps the other two rooms are quieter.

A warm welcome in Italy

Very friendly people will welcome you like you are family. They will give you advice on wat to see at the Como Lake. A good Italian welcome. A good working airco!

Room was not silent. You could hear the other people.

cheap price but cheap quality, not great for more than one night.

price/quality is oke they are open almost all day for check in

We had a booking for two nights but after one night booked another hotel instead for the last night. it was very warm at the time and we wanted to have a outdoor relaxing space where you can sit in the shades. Here there is no outdoor relaxing area or private part to sit relaxed outside. They could make the place really better because they do have the room outside for it. furthermore the appartement was not clean, breakfast was mwah, location was ok if you’d you rent a bike from como. so you can go out to como or cernobbio easily. the last dislikeable thing was that the owner did not speak English at all (like no word at all). we are happy to do some gesture talking but this was not working at all.

The hosts didn't speak English but it didn't cause a problem, they were super friendly and didn't seem to mind our late arrival due to bad traffic. Also provided a super generous breakfast

The hosts were simply the cutest and tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Nice location and free parking spot .. very good.

We were made to feel like family. If we ever visit Lake Como again, we would stay there.

We enjoyed a great breakfast served by our very friendly hostess on the patio every morning. The couple who hosted us were very friendly and eager to go out of their way to help in any way.

It could not have been any better. It was an excellent experience.

Superb

Gabrielle and his wife are exceptional hosts which make you feel like home. The family room we stayed with our two children had a large bed and two trunk bed was comfortable and very clean. The patio outside together with the fully equipped lottando parking making it a perfect base to discover Como area.

Friendly owners

We had a quick stopover here. The owners were super welcoming and friendly. They replied to messages super quick and advised us on where to eat. There is a nice pizzeria underneath the B&B. The rooms (incl. bunkbed) were perfect for a family.

We were sleeping on the streetside which was a bit noisy.
