Breakfast was included in the price. The breakfast box had to be picked up at reception and eaten in the room. There was no breakfast room and no breakfast buffet. There was also no breakfast box for vegetarians. According to the staff, it was not possible to organise a vegetarian option!

Reasonable cost per night.
Close to Kasai bus and train station. There is a convenience store very close to buy tea/coffee/milk and snacks for my room. There was a kettle, fridge and microwave which was very helpful.
The provision of a hairdryer and mirrors was very useful.
The staff of the hotel and shop were friendly & helpful but you will need Google Translate to make yourself understood.
My small ensuite double bed room was very small so don't take more than one big suitcase but it was quiet, warm and the mattress very comfortable which was one thing I was worried about having had a hip replacement.
There were plenty of clean fresh towels, soap, body wash and shampoo provided together with a bath sponge, hair brush, toothbrush, shaver and tissues and a comfortable night shirt. Plenty of hot water too for a nice hot bath every night. The housekeeping staff were friendly and will clean your room when asked.
The easy to use laundry machines (300 Yen for the washer + 100 Yen for the dryer + 50 Yen for sachet washing liquid you buy at reception) was very useful to me.
The lift always worked.
No stair option only lift.
My window didn't open so the room atmosphere was dependent on air conditioner and humidifier unit and this caused problems with my breathing and made me feel claustrophobic.
I asked for an extra blanket and pillow at reception but was told no which seemed unfair and bad service for a hotel especially as i was staying there for 2 weeks.
The hotel decoration is very dark and miserable and needs brightening up.

Centrally located. Close to stores and restaurants.
Quiet.
Housekeeping are always on point.
Check in and check out process are very simple and easy.
Speaks english.
Cant open the windows for some fresh air flow. Feels clogged in (claustrophobic) especially with the small size room.

Ou breakfast was not included the staff said but we paid for it already as it was stated in our booking that it was inclusive so we got confused.
