The location is not ideal for the attractions of Shibuya and Shinjuku (and seemingly everything in Tokyo) but is an easy ride on the Tozai Line into the city itself. (Making connections from there for everywhere)
Nishi-Kasai is a very nice quiet suburb but is still really close. We'd stayed at Minn Nishi before and will stay again, except next time we'll pay more attention to which room we're booking! (Last time we had the bigger room and we were a bit bummed when we discovered we hadn't ordered the same room as last time)
The room, only because we didn't book the same one as previously. (Nothing wrong with the room itself)

The rooms are very clean but very small and cramped.
It is located near the subway station and offers smooth check-in/out.
Issues included an unpleasant odor, insufficient cleaning, and uncomfortable beds with insufficient pillows and not enough towels.
As a couple, we paid $1262 for a five-night stay, finding it expensive.
