Great location. There were easy food options in the direct area. Very walkable, close to trains. The hostel itself was beautifula and comfortable.
The staff at times were a little unhelpful.

駅すぐ！だし、大きくて清潔快適。カプセル内も広い。バスタオルもある！基本チェックインチェックアウトとも無人だけど、操作するとこにスタッフいてくれて一見さんも安心。シャワー、トイレ数もあってよかった。
カードキーは入室時毎回必要だから、うっかり夜中トイレ行くとき忘れないように！カプセル内の貴重品入れは南京錠で、カギ小さいから紛失注意！

Die Lage war gut, leicht erreichbar von der Ubahn. Die Capsule war bequem, es gab auch eine abschließbare Box, um Wertsachen aufzubewahren. Es war sehr ruhig und die anderen Gäste waren auch sehr angenehm.
Beim Check-in am Automaten braucht man die Buchungs-ID, und die hatte ich nicht bei der Hand, da mein Internet nicht im Gebäude funktionierte. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat mir geholfen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht herausragend.

The property was clean, the breakfast area was pleasant. The bathroom was a good size.
We booked a family room for five of us for five nights. The room was only big enough to fit the beds and space to walk past them. No storage, not enough floor space to put our luggage. Beds were too firm. The temperature control was a big issue for us. The room had an air conditioner and a control panel which worked well initially however it kept turning off and with five of us in the small space the temperature in the room reached 30 degrees Celsius- we couldn’t sleep. I went up to ask the one staff member to help fix it and it turns out they have a master control panel and seemed reluctant to allow us to control the temperature in our room. The first time I asked the staff member did eventually do something to allow us to use the control panel in our room. This happened on subsequent nights as well - I had to ask - and on our last night i spoke multiple times to staff and they did not allow us to control the temperature. I used google translate so I don’t believe it was a language barrier. The room was unbearably warm and we had to have the window and door wide open and it was still too warm.
