Hotel is located 5 mins away from Sensoji Temple and 10 mins away from the station. Neighbourhood is very quiet as well so no issues with noisy traffic. Quick access to local neighbourhood food stalls easily (there is a good tsukemen store nearby). Checking in/out was a breeze as well, as all is done online. There is also staff on standby in their kitchen during 10am to 6pm if you have any issues during your stay. During off work hours, there is clear instructions on how to contact staff in the hotel.
They do not provide cleaning of hotel everyday and must be requested. If you have big luggages, it would have been a hassle to drag luggages to check in/out as it is quite far from the station. Hotel does not have a laundry place (as stated in their facility), however, coin laundry is located 1 min away from the hotel.

Quiet room with all the ameneties we needed. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. The instructions were clear for the placement of things (Trash, shared kitchen,etc). There is also a bus stop near by that will take you right to Asakusa station or it is a 15 minute walk.
There's isn't much I didn't like since we stayed only 1 night. However, I will say the check-in guide was a bit unclear. We eventually figure out that we had to call the employee to check-in anyway regardless of what the guide said.

Location was really good for us, local coffee shops just round the corner walkable to the station
No staff! It’s not the best for us as we like to ask for local recommendations and stuff. Also in terms of holding bags and things. If you don’t like people, stay here! It was also absolutely boiling!!! There was air con but it was so LOUD!!! It must have been really old. I wouldn’t stay here again when there’s nicer places for cheaper.
