Clean and beds were very comfortable
The bathroom is very small but manageable for average body size people, but for larger individuals they would struggle.

Location was good, 10/12 minutes walking from Asakusa station and plenty of restaurants and places to visit close by. Beds were comfortable and bigger that usual. The family room was quite big and probably recently refreshed (paint, walls) and all the appliance worked.
The toilet and shower were only separated by a curtain and you ended up with the entire bathroom wet. There was mould on the bathroom sliding door, some of which could actually be cleaned out. No where to hang a wet towel to dry, that increased the dump smell. We have to leave the window open when we get out to get rid of the smell. Overall it didn't seem a place well taken care of. No staff at all, everything is done through an ipad.
