Great staff and very clean toilets and showers. Location next to Sumida river is great.
My room was smelly (cigarettes smoke or dirty aircon). I had to sleep with open window.

It was generally a clean room with clean amenities. The bar and Cafe was also nice. Location is very well positioned.
They don't luggage forwarding and that is fine. However when I asked them what I could do they told me to go to a nearby convince store. I visited 3 close by and none of them offered any luggage forwarding. Staff could have been more helpful here.

It was a great stay :) the staff were very kind and helpful!
The only issue was that there was no place to open our luggages in the room.
