Very comfortable accommodation and very convenient for ferry and Skopelos town.

The apartments were in a great location. They were quite communal rather than private especially the balconies but this gave it a nice open plan aspect to enjoy the views of Skopelos Harbour. We noticed that everyone checking in was finding it hard to find someone, but not impossible! Maybe just a few check-in instructions to clarify would help as understand someone can't be there all the time.

The layout of the walk through bedroom might not suit some people

excellent location, room was big disappointment

definitely location is the best and excellent . view from balcony was amazing. unfortunately it is the only thing we like there.

it is very very old and outdated. room itself can be accepted comparing the price but bathroom is a disaster.

it wasn’t same as the pictures there was no air condition in the rooms and the place looks like it’s still under construction, the windows didn’t close and the bathroom smelled and didn’t flush. The rooms’ walls are not true walls. The value for money is below average

The location was the only thing worthy. And the veranda was spacious.

Both the overall hotel and the rooms were not clean and unsanitary. The establishment looks and feels old and not maintained. Anything metal such as surfaces were rusty. The toilets, shower and sinks smelt awful, giving us the impression that the sewer systems have not been cleaned in a while. Controlling the water temperature of the shower was impossible and as a result one of my family members burnt their skin. There was not even soap available in the bathroom.

The location was convenient because the main village was 10' walk from the apartment.

Overall, it was the worst experience we have ever encountered. The room was supposed to be equipped with a kitchenette, which turned out to be on the same space as the shower and the toilet and there was no door to separate the two areas.. That was a major issue for us, since -for hygiene reasons- we could not prepare a meal in the same place that the toilet was. Also, the apartment featured two bedrooms, only one of which had an airconditioning unit and it was a challenge to keep both rooms cool with only one, old, dusty aircondition (the air quality was also really poor). As for the owners, the person we communicated with on the phone was more polite and tried to resolve some issues. On the other hand, the two people we met at the property were unprofessional in that they entered our room (and some neighbour's) without permission in order to provide some extra pillows and they kept on asking that we turn off the aircondition in order to reduce their electricity bill... We did not expect a great hospitality experience ( a warm welcome, tips on what to see etc), but what we were met with was totally on the other side of the spectrum and borderline hostile. The room price was also preposterous for the facilities and the services provided, so that added to our dismay. We would definitely not recommend it.

I would definitely stay there again

Spacious room with huge terrace overlooking the sea. Terrace is facing north and it's covered so you can enjoy it all day without the sun burning you. Perfect location just at the end of the port. Everything you need is in a walking distance. Daily cleaning of the room. Friendly owner, met once for the check-in.

Amazing views and location

View was amazing Situation excellent - across road from town beach and near tavernas, bus station and harbour. Balcony and room very spacious Room lovely and bright with large patio doors to balcony Good curtains to block light at night Air conditioning worked well and was very quiet Owners very nice and helpful and gave us fruit from their garden

A lovely hotel in a fab location

Great location overlooking Skopolos port and town, 5 mins from ferry port. Huge room with plenty cooking facilities if you need them. The hosts were very kind and friendly. The lady gave us some delicious home made sweet treats.

Superb

The rooms were super close to the port and the center of the city in general and the view from our balcony was amazing. The room was quite spacious and the hosts were the sweetest and very helpful. Everything was within walking distance from our location! Highly recommend

Wonderful enormous terrace with spectacular view of the harbour and city with very comfortable seats and table. Spacious clean room and good bed. Very friendly owners (gave us very nice sweat treats to eat and some fruit from their garden) Very good value for money. We had a relaxing time (three nights) and would go again! Easy walk into town (no more than couple of minuts) Good restaurants next door

Bathroom could do with a bit of renovation, we also had some trouble with rinsing the toilet, the shower head and with the tap on the sink but it was immediately fixed when asked! We were the first guests of the season so that was probably why.

Awesome place to stay

location was amazing, the place was cozy and super pretty

The wifi was not reaching out our room, we had to get downstairs to get some connection, and from the second day because the first day was not possible to connect.

Disappointed

Regina, the owner, is a marvelous person, very kind, very remarkable but the room need an update. All in the room is too old. I need insist, Regina was amazing but when I arrived to the hotel, after a seven hours trip, I could only think I made a mistake choosing the hotel.

Would definitely recommend !!

The room was very comfortable , clean and with an amazing view ! Two minute walk from the center of skopelos , parking spaces available around the hotel even during high season days ! The hotel owners were absolutely lovely , made us feel right at home and gave us great tips about all the places we needed to see and the right time to visit each one of them . Would definitely recommend, I know for sure the next time we ‘re going to skopelos we ‘re staying at mamma Mia again! Thank you !!
