The host and her elderly mother in law were most kind, even though they didn't speak much English. We were allowed to check in earlier.
The house is pretty from the outside, the room was clean, we liked the classic 'vintage' style it has. The shower with the tiny bath was very comfortable and the water got warm quickly with good water pressure.(unlike in another location we stayed).
We even got clean sheets/towels and new toilet paper on the second day. We were very surprised that our dishes were done when we came home, too sweet.
It's a 10 - 15 min. walk to the centre which is also very doable.
The beds were extremely hard/firm, it's like laying on a board. This caused me to wake up with immense neck pain on the second day, and it only got worse the nights after. It has unfortunately influenced our time on the island a lot, since it made unable to move my head. I was (still am) in constant pain. I brought this up with the host, she brought me some extra blankets to put on the mattress, but it didn't help. I had a better sleep at a beach bed on the beach... Be aware of this.
The kitchen is not equipped enough to cook meals. No cutting board, no cooking knifes, no spatula, no Tupperware to keep food in, etc.
There's no parking space with the property, you have to park on a steep hill and if you're out of luck it's not close to the house.
Wifi is not the greatest, but doable.

Η επιτομή του νησιώτικου ενοικιαζόμενου δωματίου των "90s" αλλα με την τιμολογιακή πολιτική του τότε να παραμένει! Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία σε κομβικό και ιδιαίτερα βολικό σημείο στη χώρα , ευρύχωρο , καθαρό κι άνετο. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει A/C , διαθετει ψυγείο , ηλεκτρικό μάτι , διαθέτει vintage tv με ακόμα πιο vintage κεραία! Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ εξυπηρετική και χαλαρή δε χαλάει χατίρια και δεν κουράζει με άσκοπες επισημάνσεις. Εαν θέλετε low-budget διακοπές στη Σκόπελο χωρίς πολυτέλειες,design αλλα με θετική ενέργεια,καλό ίντερνετ,ιδανικό location και vfm λογική είναι οτι πρέπει. Στα συν οτι στα δέκα μέτρα πλησίον του καταλύματος λειτουργεί φούρνος-καφετέρια που μπορείτε άμεσα να προμηθευτείτε καφέ,νεράκια κι ωραίες πίτες.
Κάποιες ελάχιστες κακοτεχνίες-φθορές σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο θα μπορούσαν με λίγη δουλίτσα να μην υπάρχουν αλλα οκ εντάσσεται κι αυτο στο γενικότερο στιλ του καταλύματος.

Wi-fi funzionante e la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile
giusta qualità prezzo
un po’ fuori dal centro ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile a piedi
appena arrivati ci è stata data una stanza sporca, piena di capelli per terra, lo abbiamo fatto notare alla proprietaria che prontamente ci ha cambiato la stanza.
Anche se il prezzo della struttura non è alto ed è assolutamente conveniente almeno mi aspetto di ricevere una stanza pulita
