Aisle was very helpful with all our requests,the pool the common areas was very useful and clean. The location just at the end of the village was perfect and the view was absolutely delightful.
Recommendations for the owner:
The bed in the 3rd floor(room from the left side)too noisy with every little move.
The shower head is leaking from the pipe .
The rubber seals on the glass doors in the sauna need replacing.
Since there is no curtain in the shower rooms, the entire shower room is wet after taking a shower. Providing a mop and rag for each room would be an excellent upgrade.
Please clearly state on the website your cleaning, towel replacement, and toilet paper renewal policy. We arrived as a group of 15 people for 6 nights and the expectation that we would use the same towels and buy toilet paper at our own expense is unreasonable.(for the record I must say that after I ask gently and firmly at the end you granted to my request)
