About this house rental
This super clean, renovated home is a great place for a family vacation, a relaxing weekend, or a girls' getaway. The home is on a large waterfront lot, where you can enjoy views of the Palo Pinto Mountains and beautiful sunsets from the wraparound porch year ‘round.
Cozy in the winter, cool in the summer, the home sleeps 6 comfortably, with a king bed, a queen bed, and twin bunks. The twin bunks are in a room adjoining the master. All have new pillows and bedding. The baths have been recently renovated with custom tile and new fixtures. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new fridge, and a gas grill outside.
The large covered porch includes new outdoor chairs with plush cushions, a bistro table, and island wicker furniture with bright comfy cushions. Grill and chill while you take in gorgeous views of the Palo Pinto Mountains and gorgeous sunsets most nights.
Sunset Point is a small but comfortable home and not suitable for more than 6 people. Great for families.

This little gem is a great little spot on the water with some great fishing! Our little family of 5 came down (3boys) for a baseball tournament at Rocker B and were able to swim and fish daily! The porch is so peaceful and felt like we had the whole beach area to ourselves. The hosts were so great for many reasons and were very responsive and caring through our whole stay.

The location is perfect for a relaxing weekend. The cottage was cute and the air conditioner worked great. We will stay again in the future.

Perfect position on the lake which allowed for an afternoon nap. Great location for our baseball tournament at Rocker B Ranch. Laura was very accommodating, with excellent communication.
