So clean & safe
The a/c in my room didn’t work so had to move to another floor

Very nice clean room. Nice linens.
Bad Leak under kitchen sink in 407.
Need paper coffee cups in rooms and medium or light roast coffee. All I had was dark roast. Had to go out in sub freezing temps to get my own cup out of the car to take my coffee with me. These are small things it’s a very nice hotel. Of course for $200 it better be.

Staff was friendly and super nice, and the Elder lady that night that worked the front desk was a blessing!!
