If you look for a very good accommodation in Algarve, think no longer.

Very spacious apartment spread over 3 floors in a quiet, upscale part of Lagos, each with a large terrace and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Even though there are 6 apartments in the building, we barely saw or heard any neighbors, so it felt almost like a private villa. The pool was a huge bonus, it’s shared by all apartments, but we had it completely to ourselves every time. Great value for money and honestly the best accommodation we’ve had in Portugal. The host was kind, responsive, and communication was excellent.

The only “downside” (if you can even call it that) was that the house was so cozy we sometimes struggled to choose between exploring Algarve beaches or just relaxing at the villa. But that’s the kind of problem you actually want to have :)

Lovely quiet apartment.

Lovely quiet location. The apartment had everything you would want on a self catering holiday. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our hostess Hilde was very helpful. She explained how everything worked. As we didn't have a hire car she even went to the trouble of taking us to the supermarket. Then went the extra mile and brought us back, fully loaded with shopping. I can't thank her enough.

There is a local shop about 15 mins walk from the apartment but it had only a basic selection. There is a bar/restaurant 10 mins walk away. But the Marina and beach are over 20 mins walk. You should probably rent a hire car or a taxi is €5 from the Marina. This gives you more choice when eating out.
