Good location.
It’s a convenient place in town, not the most swish, but it doesn’t charge swish prices. It needs a spruce up to get back to its past glory. Staff were really charming.

I loved the fact the lady who managed the check ins got up when I rang at midnight to check-in even though booking.com were having technical issues and my late check in was never sent to Grand Hotel.
The out dated room. Needs new beds and dresser etc

The location, the room was cosy, staff were awesome, bed came with an electric blanket and omg that was really nice
Woke up to a leak in my bathroom. Leak was under the sink.showed the cleaning staff on discharge.

The bar staff and Thai restaurant at the property are A1. Heating in the room was ideal for the coldest night of the year.
