Nestled in Dillon, this attractive condo for $123 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. There is plenty of room for a family gathering or romantic getaway! It is located in the heart of Dillon, with great views of Lake Dillon, numerous dining establishments, and a covered deck. You'll also be super close to the Summit County transit line (aka The Summit Stage), which provides easy, free access to all ski areas and shopping! For all seasons, Lake Dillon (1m) and six of Colorado's world-class ski resorts, Copper Mountain (12m), Breck (16m), Keystone (8m), A-Basin (11m), Loveland (12m), and Vail (32m) have quick access for hikers and cross-country skiers to a variety of trails as well as great biking opportunities throughout Summit County. The outlet mall, Target, a movie theater, a large grocery store (City Market), and many great restaurants are within 5 minutes. Master bedroom - King bed and full bath. 2nd Bedroom - 1 Queen and 1 Twin, and full bath in the hallway! Living room - Gas fireplace, TV, DVD player. Kitchen - fully equipped with all eating/cooking utensils, including all the conveniences of home. The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, and laundry on site. We monitor noise decibel levels inside and outside the home through our partners at NoiseAware™. Amenities: All bedrooms have FREE high-speed Wi-Fi and expanded cable. The property is fully stocked with linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a drip coffee maker. You must be at least 25 years old to book, and a security deposit or damage insurance is required on all stays. NOTE: There are only three flights of stairs to the unit, no elevator, and parking for 1/2 cars. No smoking within 15 feet of buildings or community areas! Permit 09011860G04

Nice comfortable place, as described and shown in pictures. We walked to restaurants across the street in the evenings. Be ready to huff up 4 flights from ground floor parking which can be tough if you live at sea level! Worth it though for a nice place at a great price.

Overall the place was nice and accommodating for our needs. The property manager was available to help us with questions and answered the phone when called which is greatly appreciated. We were informed we were sent a list of information, but it was never received. Helpful information: The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The key to the ski storage is the same key to the pool even though it's not written on the key. A damages security deposit is required unless you purchase the insurance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was excellent. Nice view. Great unit. Was there skiing with 2 friends, all in our mid-40s, I got the short straw and the little bed. It was not the most comfortable but I think it's probably for a kid. Other than that, great stay.

Had a small miscommunication about check in due to the owners new software but James was very responsive and fixed the problem. Had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Always enjoy the Dillon area

This is a third floor unit, so be prepared to haul luggage up 45-steps. It's not a big deal, as long as you're prepared and I would absolutely stay here again. The condo included toiletries like a hotel and was well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. The location is amazing and on-site laundry was a huge plus.

Was super easy to get in to property, only trouble we had was actually finding the unit as it took us to the actual marina. Other than that it was beautiful. We will be back!

We very much enjoyed our visit. The condo is close to all Dillon activity and with only a short drive, Frisco activity as well. The condo came very well appointed, clean, with comfortable furniture and great views out to the mountains. Many thanks!!

Condo is well maintained, in a great location, and provided instructions make it easy to check in and out. Overall, we had a great experience staying here. Close the the grocery stores and plenty of restaurants/bars, only 30/35 minutes drive to Vail! Will be back.
