Really close to the ferry, the room and the bathroom are very big and the beds are very comfortable. There is wifi, a mini fridge, kettle and hairdryer
There was a weird smell in the living room and the bathroom wasn’t too clean

Cathy was a lovely host. She was available to take our bags from the ferry and leave them down on the day of departure. We had a family room which was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels and toiletries. There was a fridge in the room which was great for cold drinks also kettle. Cathy provided teabags, etc. and biscuits.
There was a TV in the main sitting room in the house, but it would have been nice to have a small TV in the room.
