El personal es súper amable y atento. Aún con la barrera del idioma se esfuerzan por ayudar y complacer. La habitación estaba impecable. Éramos tres y habían dos camas, una grande y la otra un poco más estrecha. El lavabo muy muy bien. Te dan las zapatillas que van muy bien para estar allí y cepillos de dientes. El desayuno correcto y por la noche dan fideos gratis que están muy ricos, sencillo pero rico. También tiene la ventaja del bus al aeropuerto y a Disney. Además el último día como nos íbamos tan pronto nos dieron una bolsa con picnic que estaba súper bien. Las chicas de recepción y el chico súper majos.
No me gustó el aire acondicionado. Imposible regularlo. A 27 grados te congelas y a 28 te asfixias de calor. Y las almohadas eran muy incómodas también (pero eso ya es a gustos la verdad). Tampoco me gustó el entorno del hotel. A la hora de comer está todo cerrado y luego como a las 7 de la tarde abren e iluminan todo pero da sensación de abandonado (es cierto que a 5 minutos en didi hay un pequeño centro comercial).

We stayed at this hotel mainly because of its excellent location for visiting Shanghai Disneyland, the water park, and the Shanghai Zoo. It is also conveniently located not far from Shanghai International Airport, which made our trip very comfortable. The staff were always polite, friendly, and helpful. The service was good, and our room was clean and well maintained. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is quite far from Shanghai city center, so it is best suited for travelers planning to visit Disneyland and nearby attractions rather than downtown sightseeing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Shanghai.
The breakfast is mainly Chinese style and has limited European options. However, the food is still tasty and you can always find something to eat.

The breakfast was really good and the facilities! Kids playground, shuttle bus, etc.
The airco didnt really work. The window was also open and the airco was low when we entered the first time. It made us have mosquitoes in the room.
Also you could hear noise in the hallway
