The “Main” High Water Boat Ramp is open when the Lake Travis water level is between 679’ MSL (Mean feet above Sea Level) and 666’ MSL. Lake Travis is full at 681’ MSL. Note: If the water is above 679’ MSL the ramp area is flooded and not for use. The Low Water Ramp starts becoming visible at 661’ MSL and should be available for use when water level is below 658’MSL down to approximately 643’ MSL. All Launching of boats – is ‘launch at your own risk’! Boat and trailer parking is available on a first-come first serve basis. Lake water levels need to be below 675' msl (mean sea level) for the trailer parking. Please visit the Lake Travis water level website for update levels prior to arrival. This was a cosy, absolutely clean apartment, fully equipped as clearly described in the listing. The views from the balcony area are as stunning as shown in the image. The entire apartment complex is in a gorgeous and peaceful location, with a mediterranean/ European look. Even though the water line was low, the water was pretty picturesque. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the rocks and observing the still water and scenic views and few rare boats. But the feature that captivated my girls and all of us most were the deers! There were so many of them and we were thrilled to see them in such close quarters and feed them. There were enough pet relieving spots and the apartment smelled perfectly clean despite being a pet friendly place . The interior of the apartment complex were beautifully decorated as well, with many spots for stunning photographs. Girls enjoyed the hot tub on a cold winter night and felt it was heavenly, while I enjoyed the absolutely still night and starlit sky. We will definitely recommend the place and will come and stay again.

Overall stay was good. The WI-Fi was my only complaint and that there was a jet ski on a trailer that had been parked in one of our parking spots 1202 area which made me have to park down by the boat ramp area. The carts to help unload were perfect but need more and maybe put a shopping cart holder for people to put back inside kind of like Wal Mart or other places. Nice place and just wish the lake was normal water level. 👍

The condo is clean and nicely kept. Well decorated and furnished appropriately. The property itself is like a mini resort with 3 pools 3 hot tubs and lots of open areas to explore. Be sure to bring a snack for the deer, they loved our popcorn! Overall a great place to stay, any nuances were well described with instructions around the condo/property.

Location and view was perfect! We enjoyed an extended weekend relaxing by the pool, paddle boarding down the lake and enjoying many of the sights around town. Condo was just as listed, had everything and super clean. Roger and Sally were super helpful and very quick to respond.

Zero complaints about our stay. We rented the property for a quick, relaxing getaway, and that is exactly what we got. The property is extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We only needed to communicate with Roger once during the stay, and he was quick to reply and friendly. We 100% recommend staying here.

Our trip was a four generation get together with a one month old infant, her mother, her grandmother, and her great grand mothers. Two adults relaxed by pool while great grandchildren mother was bonding with new baby. Kitchen was well equipped which enabled us to eat in every meal. Perfect location for sunsets and game nights. The condo was in excellent condition, and in a great location with an amazing view of the lake and pool from the balcony. We spent many an evening on the balcony in the large comfortable chairs, watching the sunset. All rooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen provided everything you would need to cook if you were in a mind to do so, and it also has a large laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Would recommend highly.

It was a nice but an older building that could probably use some updates. I also felt that it catered to adults and not children so much. There were a lot of rules with a lot of fines associated with those rules. So it was hard to relax when my kids wanted to play around the pool because I didn’t want to bother or upset anybody.

Quick four day, three night spring break trip with the family including the D O G. The unit was well appointed and super nice to have opposite end bedrooms and bathrooms. The master is very spacious. The balcony, overlooking one outdoor pool/hot tub and a direct view of Lake Travis, was really nice. We were surprised at how low the Lake was but still water views with a consistent breeze. The location was on the second floor (there was a working elevator) and close to various grassy pet areas. The designated parking space and luggage buggies were a bonus. Notably, there were quick stop locations (convenience store, liquor and gas) within several miles.

The facility it self needs some cleaning. There are a lot of spider cobwebs in the garage hanging down from the ceiling as well as on the pool chairs. The lounge chairs at the pool in total 8 only, are old and dated. I had to lay on one that was ripped, totally uncomfortable. The pool was not cleaned up there were leaves in the pool. Overall the complex needs more TLC to make it more enjoyable for guests. Overall I am disappointed because of the complex being so aged because and the cost for two nights being more than a stay at La Canterra or Lakeaway which we have never been disappointed at. I am really sorry to leave this negative review I know some of these things will be addressed so future renters can enjoy the unit more than what we did.

Our stay was fantastic! We enjoyed our stay to the max. The view from the condo is amazing! Roger was great at communication, he made sure everything was to our expectancy. If you want a quiet, nice and peaceful place to stay, this is it! The experience was great, you can breath the fresh air and enjoy nature. The condo has everything you need for your stay, if you like cooking they provide a grill, fire pit and chairs to enjoy. The kitchen also has the basic essentials for cooking. The condo is very spacious. There is an inside pool to enjoy as well as 2 outside pools. There's also a full on spa on site. The fishing area was ok. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

Our stay at Highland Lake Estates was fantastic. The grounds were beautiful with lots of wildlife. We unfortunately had chilly weather so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake, but did enjoy the hot tub and the grounds. The property was spacious and beautiful. Large rooms and closets, very clean. Everything was well stocked and we had everything we needed. We appreciated the small touches including the extra fans, games, and local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The views were stunning and there were is so much to do. Relaxing by the pool was the highlight of our trip. Everyone was really nice at the property. The deer were every where. The check in process and communication where great. We will totally be back for a much longer trip.
