Great stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Bays, it was homely clean and comfortable. Great location for shops and various other essentials and plenty of parking.

Excellent location and house for a family or group of friends.

The Bays is in a quiet, residential area, a short walk from the North Beach. It's a great location for a base to explore the area, an easy walk into Bridlington town centre or Sewerby. The accommodation is a good size, really well equipped and clean, it was warm and cosy on our arrival. There are lots of lovely little touches that you don't often get, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, plenty of tea, coffee and sugar, ample toilet rolls and even a box of chocolates. Beds were made up on arrival with plenty of clean towels. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. An excellent stay.

Excellent place to stay near the North Beach Area of Bridlington We have had a lovely stay at the Bays house. The owners were very helpful and the many extras in the property were refreshing I would recommend thus property for families travelling to Bridlington

Not any dislikes at all All good it is a little noisy at night. But thus is not anyone's fault Seagulls and traffic being near Brid.

Amazing Home from Home

Everything was great, a well equipped holiday home,plenty of space for all the family. The beds are comfy, lots of storage in the bedrooms and extra pillows. A short walk to the beach, it’s prefect!

Amazing stay kids enjoyed it

The property was perfect absolutely loved our stay the kids loved the holiday I found Bridlington abit boring not much to do but we didn’t get the best weather so no beach fun for us this year

Lovely home from home, extremely comfy and would return !

Absolutely fabulous property, I cannot recommend enough. Gorgeous, cosy home from home within walking distance to the promenade. Super friendly hosts and just an amazing stay.

Great house to stay and explore

Good location to walk into town and beach. Nice to have off street parking. Rooms were spacious and comfortable bed.

Everything was just perfect. Great sized house, great location and lovely rooms. Communication from owners was brilliant. The house was well equipped and lovely and clean. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

BRIDLINGTON AT ITS BEST

On arriving at the Bays we were more than pleasantly surprised at this exceptional accommodation. Equipped with everything we could possibly need. Chocolates left for us aswell. This place is an absolute winner !!

All very good

Well equipped. No problems. Owners just a phone call away - but we didn't need to ring them. Ample parking for two cars. Near North beach. Near Tesco Express. Takeaways handy. All good.

lots of equipment in kitchen ... plenty of space for a family .. kids loved the bean bags ... nice walk to bridlington... close to tesco express and a chip shop ,chinese ,pizza and chicken takeaways

Great location only few minutes from the sea Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you expect in a modern home Close to takeaways, pub and Tesco express so everything you need close by Lovely well presented house with ample outside space and garden gets sun all day

The property was easy to access and central for touring the area.

The location was excellent. The property was well cleaned (apart from as stated below)

The shower tray was slippy; a mat would have been useful. Although the kitchen was well equipped in general, there was not enough baking dishes for us, and had there been 6 of us (not 4), there would not have been enough crockery. Some of the crockery, cutlery and pans were not very clean.
