Very central, can walk pretty much everywhere from here, nice and modern design, host nice and always available, even provided us with local recommendations.
The entrance to the parking is very, very narrow and won't let a big car in, so keep that in mind if you rent a bigger car. We had a Kia Stonic; we just barely fit

My first time/night in Sicily and Palermo that I will remember forever - this place was amazing, with a story behind and super welcoming host. Antonio and Jessica are very kind and generous people. They will take care of your stay and will recommend you the best local food places.

Accommodation in the historic old town (Im Capo), with all the hotspots close by and within easy walking distance.
The flat (spanning two floors) is lovely, lovingly furnished with great attention to detail (but not cluttered), situated in a small courtyard, so it’s quiet and very authentic. Well-equipped, well-maintained and clean, with a small ground-level terrace featuring two chairs and a table; it’s sunny and it’s wonderful there in the evenings 😎🤗. Very friendly, hassle-free and courteous communication (even though we only spent one night there before our flight!) with the hosts >
