At Mellow Yellow you will love the convenience of sunbathing at your very own private pool and utilizing the grill for dinners at sunset. This home is only a short walk from the white sandy beaches of the famed emerald coast. Nestled in Old Seagrove Beach, Mellow Yellow is centrally located on Scenic 30A; a stretch of highway along Florida's beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. This road connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Upon entering the home, the living space, dining area, and breakfast bar kitchen will be the central gathering space for your group of eight. The first level has a guest room with two twin beds and a hall bath. The second level has a king master bedroom that holds a full bath and a private wrap-around porch. An additional guest room with a queen bed and a private full bathroom completes this floor. Up another flight is the third level with a kitchenette and outdoor seating area perfect for enjoying a drink as the sun sets over the tree line in Seagrove. We are excited to have you stay with us! Oversee Rentals is a small locally owned company comprised of hard-working professionals passionate about providing a clean home and consistent experience for our guests. Our local office is located within 10 miles of this home. We are open seven days a week and operate a 24/7 emergency line. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know. We are right down the street and are happy to head your way! Can't really beat the location. The inside is a bit dated and could use some updates.
Pool is quite small, so do keep that in mind.
Overall, good place to stay with family/ and or friends.

We stayed at Mellow Yellow for our annual Beach Getaway with a group of college friends and our kids. This house was perfect! Most of our group had never experienced 30A before, so this was the perfect spot right in the middle of everything. The beach access was right across the street, making it incredibly easy for us to have awesome beach days. The patio pool was the perfect size for hanging out, especially with little kids. We would 10/10 recommend and stay here again!

Loved the proximity to the beach and to downtown Seaside. The pool got a little foggy due to the rain one night- property manager sent someone out same day to shock it. Overall it was a perfect week!

Property was just as described. Easy walk to beach straight down San Juan. Heads up that there is bridge construction going on right beside the property currently and those guys get going pretty early in the morn. Have used Oversee multiple times and they always do a great job with communication.

Mellow Yellow was the perfect getaway for two couples! Can't beat the three minute walk to the public beach, and the pool was a perfect way to cool off at the end of the day. Perfect Getaway in a perfect location
Mellow Yellow was the perfect getaway for two couples! Can't beat the three minute walk to the public beach, and the pool was a perfect way to cool off at the end of the day. We very much enjoyed our stay at Yellow Mellow however we would suggest to fix the gap at the entrance door to prevent unwanted visitors. Overall we had a wonderful vacation, perfect location and loved biking to the local restaurants. We also appreciated an early check in as we were tired from the car trip with 4 kids. As I called the office answered immediately and let us in, what a relief! After a short nap we ran to the beach and the view was breathtaking! Thank you for a perfect family vacation. We also loved the pool by the house, great for relaxing or playing too!

The size of the house was perfect for our family and the balconies were wonderful for evening relaxation. The location is fantastic! We wish the pool was a little bigger and easier to get to from the house. We definitely will rent Mellow Yellow again.

This was a great choice for our family. The location is excellent-- close and easy access to the beach, restaurants, grocery, etc.There were a few items that needed minor repairs. The kitchen needed a better inventory of utensils, pots and pans and serving dishes. Overall, we were very happy with our choice. And what a plus to be able to watch fireworks from the 3rd story porch!

We had a nice time here. The house is spacious and clean. It was missing a dust pan but when I asked the management company had someone drop one off the same day. Quiet area. It is a very short walk to the beach, however it is a beach access with no ramp so when we carried the youngest and all the toys and wagon we walked to next access over. Still a short walk to that one too but would have been more convenient not to do that. I should have checked the beach access points better I guess. The pool was the perfect for our family and we spend a ton of time in it. Its also nice that the laundry room is where the back door is for quickly tossing towels in the washer. The house does need some tlc for minor repairs but it is nothing huge. I would certainly rent again and recommend. We did let management know the dishwasher smelled like fish and laundry room did too when you opened the door so they could handle that. Would also recommend the shaved ice place down the street, Hokulia Shave Ice. It was delicious!

Everything was great! From booking to check out, a very smooth experience! The house was exactly as described and very clean. Located just a quick walk to beach access but just set back enough from 30A for a peaceful stay. Will definitely look at this location again for our next family vacation! Perfect place for our party of 6. Great location. Lots of outdoor space. Clean and updated. Oversee was very attentive when a smoke alarm battery started chirping in one of the bedrooms. They came over that night to change it so that we could sleep!

We had a relaxing vacation at Mellow Yellow. The house was very clean, plenty of room for the 5 of us and we loved the decks, especially the 3rd floor one. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms. The walk to the beach was very doable and easy. We also appreciated having the bikes as part of the rental.The house had trees and plants on both sides so was very private even though there are other houses on the street. The management company is great! Definitely recommend this house and we will try to stay here again next time we come. It is very convenient to Seaside, which my teenagers enjoyed.
