The unit was perfect for our stay. We were only 3-4 blocks away from the beach. The location was close to eating places, shopping, pontoon rentals, Crab Island, and more.
We were provided with plenty of towels, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, pots & pans, but lacked in basic kitchen spices.
Overall, the property was perfect for our stay of a group of 10.

Overall good experience, on forst night at 230 am I had to pull dead battery from chirping smoke detector and remote batteries in upstairs bedroom were dead. The living room sectional was old and dirty should be replaced. The dining room chairs also on last leg, covers don't hide bad springs, the sectional in living area had staples protruding not good with kids. This furniture needs replaced. I know this sounds bad but really overall experience was good

Very easy rental/check in process. Property is very new and clean. Lots of space and not cluttered. Kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation. Beds very comfortable. Even used the garage as an office. Overall great property!

We had a group of 14. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. It's a walk to the beach, but very doable. We walked to the beach with 8 adults and 6 kids (3 to 5yo). It's even easier if you have an extra wagon to pull them in. (recommendation: if you can afford it, rent a golf cart for your trip, you're allowed to drive them on the roads around the beach).
The 3rd floor AC was out when we arrived, but maintenance was very responsive and had it fixed the very next morning.

The house was nice , large enough for a large family. My only issue was the beds. The downstairs master bed was broken. My husband laid in a dip the whole time. None of the beds were comfortable . The bedding was not washed either before we got there. There was makeup stains, dirt/mud stains.

A 5-10 min walk to the beach. Although it was cold during our stay to actually go into the ocean, the beach itself is gorgeous. The scenic route offers an amazing sidewalk for runners or if you prefer to just stroll down, taking in the beautiful landscape and looking at the beautiful properties. About the house: Located on a condo ground. Pool was small for the number of houses. I’d imagine that during the Summer it’d be close to impossible to enjoy it. The teens and the child in our group did go in a few times, while it was still heated. The listing on VRBO stated the pool was supposed to be heated from Oct-Mar, however, on Jan 1, the heater was shut off and we were told that condo management would not turn it back on for the remainder of the season. We left early for that reason (we were offered a refund by Love Rentals). The house is beautiful, no doubt. Spacious, high ceilings, each floor has its own thermostat. If you ara a clean freak (like me), you will find it to be very dirty. There were crumbs on the rugs, you could tell that it had not been vacuumed or dusted in a while. There were enough plates and glasses but utensils were scarce. The pots and pans are horrible! We planned to cook during our whole stay (and we did) but it was a nightmare. Management should really invest on a new set for the house. Parking at the property can get a little tight as some renters park their cars across from the driveways, making it tricky to maneuver a larger vehicle (such as a full size SUV or truck). We had an issue with one toilet which was taken care of the same day. One of the washers broke down and they offered to send in a technician the very next day, but we declined and ask that they took care of that after we left, since we had another machine to use. They respected our request. I would definitely stay with Love Rentals again knowing the shortcomings of their rentals and preparing for them. I still strongly recommend asking all the questions you may have about the house/condo. The pool not being heated as we were expecting it to be was a major let down for us.

There were definitely some cleanliness issues, dirty chair covers, sheets on pullout not laundered, repairman had to come for some minor repairs in first day in condo. Trash was piled at dumpsters for most of the week. Dishes and kitchen material provided was mediocre at best. Property manager was prompt, easy to deal with and handled our requests timely but the property itself could use some attention.

Big, Gorgeous Condo! Very clean and inviting!
Beautiful condo!! So welcoming when we arrived late in the evening. Some lamps/lights on and music playing! Very professional.
Comfortable, firm beds with nice bedding. Baths had plenty of nice, thick towels. Everything was very clean (and I’m picky!). Third floor master bedroom, bath and closet are huge!! Plus, full size stackable water/dryer on first floor AND third floor!
Big tv in each bedroom plus the den. A few games, books and toys in den console for kids. Loved the big dining table for family dinners and the huge bar with stools for other meals and snacks. Lots of plates, glasses, flatware and well stocked with cooking tools. Nice size fridge and pantry and lots of cabinet space for groceries. We ate at the condo most of the time and cooked a good bit. Oh, there is a gas grill out back, too.
Looked like lots of beach stuff with a wagon and beach chairs. We didn’t use it, but would be good for families with young kids. Short, easy walk to the beach. Nice pool for the complex, too. And plenty of parking for four average size vehicles.
So glad the condo was so big and so nice since weather was not great part of the time and the 8 of us were in the condo more than usual for a beach vacation. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is close to the beaches and close to all the attractions in Destin. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully renting from the same people.
