Located in Ridgedale, this lovely cabin for $252 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Across a covered bridge, a magical place awaits. Rolling hills, tall oak trees, and tree frogs surround a luxurious log cabin located in an exclusive log home community close to Branson. Trapper’s Den is an authentic log cabin featuring all wood furnishings, log decor, cathedral ceilings and large windows. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. With the sleeper sofa, there’s enough space for 6 people to sleep comfortably. The cabin is complete with all the luxuries of home like a full kitchen, coffeemaker, microwave and a washer and dryer, so you don’t get stuck with a pile of dirty laundry when vacation is over. There's also cable TV and a DVD player for a fun family movie night in. Behind Trapper's Den is a large deck overlooking a wooded valley. Enjoy a cookout with your loved ones with the bbq grill provided. After dinner, relax by the fire and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones with the sounds of crickets and crackling wood in the background. At night, when the bridge and cabins light up, it's an unbelievably beautiful sight. Trapper's Den is located only 8 miles south of Branson's Strip and 10 miles from the new Branson Landing, 17 miles from Silver Dollar City, and just a few minutes from Table Rock Lake. There is also a beautiful marina 3 miles away from the cabin. Perfect for a day on the water fishing or skiing. You can rent a boat or bring your own. We had a wonderful few days in this lovely cabin. A great neighborhood that offered peace and quite. The home was a wonderful layout with two master bedrooms. A cozy feeling with all the amenities of home.

We had a good time just relaxing at the cabin. We bought a few extra bundles of wood to go with what is provided and enjoyed the fireplace to roast s’mores and hot dogs. I liked the two master suites for our family of four. There are a lot of cabins around but it was still quiet. This cabin is nice because it’s on the end so you only have one neighbor. Darla was great to work with and was very responsive to all of my questions.

We've stayed in this neighborhood many times. We loved this property. It was very clean and easy to find. The decor is very nice as well. Lots of hot water for jacuzzi baths. They provided wood for the fireplace. My only suggestions are upgrade the mattresses, give some attention to a few boards on decks, and maybe have some dry wood inside ready to go. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice setting, nice overall interior, somewhat dated and cabinets etc. need to be surface rejuvenated, cooking skillets need to be modernized with non-stick surfaces, Hot water heater not adequate to handle two jacuzzi tubs. Still all and all a nice place and we enjoyed it.

The cabin was very nice and communication with the property manager, Darla, was great. But if you need a place that has accommodations for the handicap, this cabin doesn't meet that requirement. Everything the pictures on Vrbo were accurate except for the bedrooms. The comforter on both beds looked old and worn out, nothing like the pictures and the beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was very clean however the shower floor was slippery. Neither of the bathrooms provide any handicap assistance which would have been nice. We were told we could use the fireplace and were given instructions but their were fake logs and some kind of light incorporated with the logs in the fireplace so you couldn't have a fire. The cabin has a loose gravel driveway and loose gravel along the rock steps down to the cabin. If you aren't careful you could loose your footing or twist your ankle. The steps are made of large rock boulders but are not set up for someone that needs a cane or walker and is a little steep. I think pictures should have been included to show the steps to the cabin in better detail.

We had a great time. We did a lot of fun things and once at the cabin we really relaxed. I sent Darla one email and called once. She answered quickly and when I sent her a message she responded quickly. Peaceful woods are 3/4 around the cabin!

Inside facility was great for two couples to share. Loved the location. Linens could be better, had thin and ragged towels. The back porch could be cleaned!!!
The rock steps to in front to door are not safe, had to walk on grass in front which had rocks in it to get to front door. A great cabin with a few things to clean up and perhaps change the entrance. Had a good time with our stay. Thank you.

We killed about 7-8 in living room that evening. Some of the trees are encroaching on the deck....she felt a little claustrophobic out there. As one commenter mentioned the house makes noises from time to time. Probably temperature related but took a night to get used to it.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the time down there and took in a lot of shows, hikes, gold and just chilling time. Great location being close to Dogwood Canyon, Top of Rock etc..

Plenty of linens, towels, cookware, dishes, firewood, and snuggly blankets. It had snowed just a couple of days before our visit, but the road and walk were clear. There is a Dollar General quite near so any last minute supplies are probably close at hand. My ONLY complaint is that there were no fire starter logs to get that beautiful fireplace lit. So, we bought a case for our use and left the rest for future guests. We would love to stay here again and would highly, highly recommend it to others.
