Sören Löher, Front Office & Guest Relations, was of huge help to me in resolving a booking discrepancy with a third-party provider (a wedding website). His excellent communication throughout went above and beyond. When I arrived to check-in, it was like a reunion with a long lost friend. Sören also very graciously helped by providing translation services (from English to German) for myself and other hotel/wedding guests in placing a late night doner and pizza order, and arranging for a cab.
Additionally, the breakfast service was fantastic -- both the staff and the fun robot that collected dirty dishes.

Auch bei über 30 Grad schön kühle räume, sehr neuwertig und komfortabel.
Tolle Location, nah an Wasser und Biergarten.
Beim Einchecken hat der Mitarbeiter so gut wie gar nicht mit mir gesprochen. Ein Lächeln hätte mir gereicht, ich war super freundlich zu ihm.
Abends sind wir sehr unfreundlich der Terrasse verwiesen worden. Ich verstehe, dass Räume über der Terrasse sind aber sie könnten einfach das Fenster schließen und wir haben geflüstert. Schade, dass man so nicht das ganze Hotel nutzen kann. Der Ton der Mitarbeiter war aber insgesamt sehr unverständlich.

Clean and comfy room and good hospitality. Easy parking and good breakfast. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the city centre and only 10 minutes from the highway. The rooms have a good climate.
I booked a room for two persons, but it was facilitated for one. We complaint about that and when we came into the room they'd just threw blankets and towels on a chair instead of making the bed or leave towels it in the bathroom.
