We booked an airport shuttle through them (about an hour), driver Irham was perfect and helped us with getting a sim card and some food on the way. Also booked shared taxi through Bua to Bukit Lawang which is was perfect! (210k pp).
We stayed only a short night but it was perfect after a long flight. The nasi goreng for breakfast was delicious! The airconditioning in the room was nice as it was very hot in Medan. It was nice that we could refill our water bottles for free!
The bathroom had a bit of a bad smell.

All the plants and greenery is so pretty. Love how clean and well organized everything is. The staff are lovely. The included breakfast was yummy. The exposed brick in the room was cool and the room is so comfortable with a desk to work from, excellent WiFi, a wardrobe to unpack your things, air conditioning, big comfy bed, and a private bathroom with hot shower. Restaurant is across the street and Grab delivery is available as well.

Nice big room with good AC. Friendly owner and staff that were very nice and accommodating as I ended up getting food poisoning in Medan and they were very empathetic and kind to me. Loved that they had a common area so you can also enjoy spending time outside the room.
Far from the city centre but you can get a Grab if needed. They have a family restaurant round the corner so it might be more of a convenient option (I didn’t try it).
If first time travelling to Indonesia be prepared for call of prayer in the morning.
