View the glimmering Bellevue skyline reflecting off the water at night, and then soak in the beautiful sunrise - all from your luxurious queen-size bed. Unwind and cuddle after a day of exploring. Your cozy, quiet living room has a fireplace, heated floors, comfortable furnishings, and a TV with streaming capability and access to hundreds of movies. THINGS TO KNOW The owner’s home sits right behind the cabin. In order to reach this waterfront cabin, you need to drive down a steep driveway and take many steps. This property is not suitable if you have trouble with stairs or mobility issues. There is a two-night minimum stay at this home. There is no boat moorage available. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
