Das Haus täuscht von außen. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bilder und ist sauber und Modern.
Schlüssel Übergabe war unkompliziert und problemlos.
Die Lage ist zentral. Parkmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Nur der Aufzug.

Άνετο και ευρύχωρο σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με όλες τις ανέσεις. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό και στάσεις λεωφορείων καθώς και η απόσταση για το κέντρο της Αθήνας είναι πολύ κοντινή ακόμη και με τα πόδια.

The apartments are spacious, tidy, with a large balcony for the whole country acropolis. It looks exactly the same as in the pictures. A very good option for those who want to visit the center and nightclubs (which are just around the corner, but do not hear in the apartments)
I didn't like that the trash can was full and the bed in the living room was not quite suitable for sleeping

Les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain propre. La cuisine plutot bien équipée. Le balcon qui fait le tour est vraiment un plus.
Que le propriétaire ne réponde jamais, sur les 4 messages que j'ai envoyé pas une seule reponse, cela concernait l'accès à l'appartement et la propreté : pas de produits de nettoyage (pour nettoyer les toilettes ou la cuisine), même pas un balai, peu de serviettes en papier donc pas possible de bien nettoyer car il n'y avait qu'une éponge pour la vaisselle et rien pour nettoyer le contoir, les plaques ou les tables, pas de torchon, pas assez de papier toilette...
Il n'y a pas d'huile pour assaisonner ou cuisiner, quand on reste peu de temps, il n'est pas forcément intéressant d'en acheter mais serait pratique.
