King room was spacious, very clean and had a large double bed. Staff were quick to react to any requests, e.g for extra tea/coffee. Good shower.
Breakfast / dining room was in basement down a short flight of steps, so awkward for people with reduced mobility. Also, our first floor room overlooked a street with buildings on the other side - our 2 windows were clear, so we felt we needed to keep the blinds shut unless we were fully clothed.

Single room was comfortable with a good bathroom. Window had a privacy covering on it to let in natural light without people outside seeing in. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Location was very good for my needs - close to station and close to the family that I was visiting.
The hotel has a maze of steps and corridors and is essentially split into 2 halves, so it’s easy to get lost until you are familiar with the layout. Breakfast in what seemed to be the basement felt a little claustrophobic.

The room was big and staff very friendly specially housekeeping and the reception man at night time (the day I checked in). Bed was comfortable.
The curtain was a bit useless as so many light was coming inside. Overall was a bit noisy I could hear other guests in the halfway and some of the neighbors from the building in front and next to the room. Other thing was that they only gave us one big towel per person instead of one big and small even though the next day housekeeping gave us some more without a problem! It was a but expensive for two nights but also I booked it few hours in advance so not that bad.
