General Cleanliness (except for a strange problem with flies infestation, that I hope the owner is solving)
Easy to use and nice staff when needed
The rooms are right above a lively and noisy bar-restaurant, and are poorly sound-proofed. This means you only can sleep before closing time (and beyond, because the bar guests stay for some time outside chatting) if you have noise cancelling ear plugs with you. And also means you will be waken up by the noises of the bar staff preparing the outdoor tables.
I'd recommend the owner either to heavily invest in soundproofing.
There was a flies infestation. Very fat flies everywhere (I managed to kill around 6 of them in my room, they came in through some invisible crack or maybe through the gap under the door...) but the corridor was pretty full of them. It's a pity because the rooms where sparkling clean.
