We spent one night at the hotel, arrived from the airport long after midnight and checked ourselves in. Check-in was easy and straightforward.
We were on transit at TPE for a few hours, the connecting flight the next day was at 7.45am. As such spent only a few hours at the hotel and did not have breakfast.
The hotel was clean, there was a coffee making facility even though we did not have time to make coffee. Just showered on arrival, caught 1.5 hours sleep, then checked ourselves out of the hotel at 4.30am to return to the airport.
Everything was okay for a short stopover at TPE, take a shower, catch a very short sleep. Then return to the airport to catch the next connecting flight.

Good location - close to Taoyuan night market, Green pharmacy and many other shops. Easy to find, many bus stops around and close to airport.
Some staff a bit unapproachable. Limited options in the breakfast table, toaster's very slow and maybe some food description will help especially for those with dietary restrictions.

It can arrange the service to pick up from the airport. This is a plus for an outsider who may not know the system to call a cap.
There are no cloth wash towels. The bathroom has no room to store clothes and towels. The pillow is too soft.
