I loved my Stay at Tiger Corner Inn! It had a very welcoming and homely vibe all in all. I enjoyed good homecooked meals everyday and hung out in the cozy garden a lot.
I also joined the walking safari, jeep safari and canoing safari. We saw a LOT of animals and I always felt well taken care of. The guide is very passionate about his jobs and told us aaaal about the animals. It was no problem at all to make a spontaneous change of plan or join a tour last minute.
I am so happy I found this homestay and safed a lot of money I otherwise would have spend on a not so authentic getyourguide safari.
Located right at the border of the jungle you are a tigers jump away from the wild.
The rooms are cozy and clean but simple.

The family running the place was incredibly welcoming — they picked me up from the bus station without me even asking, and looked after me throughout my stay, going well beyond what was necessary. They also helped me book a wide range of activities at fair prices, from cultural shows to canoeing, jeep tours, and jungle walks.
I especially recommend doing the jungle walks with the owner himself. He’s very experienced and explained a lot along the way, but never in a way that felt rushed or overly dramatic — only speaking up when he had something meaningful to share. His calm, knowledgeable manner made me feel safe the whole time; he was responsible and attentive without ever making the experience feel tense. He was also very flexible with early departures and generally just easy to reach and happy to help with anything.
Highly recommended — a great base for exploring Chitwan, made even better by the people running it.
