Great location, comfort, communal space design, friendly staff, everything super clean, reliable internet, very peaceful atmosphere. Shared bathrooms were totally fine!
I wish the hot water worked better, it was never hot. Some floor lamps or more desk lamps in the room would have been nice. We were room #2 (upstairs).

Absolutely loved it here! Stayed here for Spanish School which was close by. It was very close to everything, all the staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the included breakfast is absolutely delicious with multiple options! Would recommend it a million times over đ

A great stay in Xela. Staff were always so helpful, breakfast was good. We loved our little room and our patio. We felt very safe and relaxed here. Also a great location.
My only constructive criticism is the room beside the one we stayed in, if there was a way to better soundproof that wall as you can hear the full conversations of the people staying next door, but it didnât bother us too much. We still loved our stay.

friendly and helpful staff; great location in the centre of town; the breakfasts (provided in the fee) were very good; relaxed and cheerful atmosphere;
sound travelled effecting sleep; cold evening and mornings - some portable heaters would have helped; it was not as advertised in Booking.com
