Situated in East Nashville, this attractive house for $300 per night is a great option for your next trip. Summary: Relax in this elegant Victorian style, home away from home, in the Historic Greenwood Neighborhood in East Nashville, located a block away from popular local restaurants like The Pharmacy Burger Parlor & Beer Garden, "Food Network's Best Restaurants In Nashville" Lyra Modern Middle Eastern Cuisine and "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" featured Mexican restaurant: Mas Tacos and ONLY 3 miles from downtown. The best part, each bedroom has its own full bathroom and separate temperature controls! The Space: Located in Historic Greenwood Neighborhood in East Nashville, drive up to this charming home with plenty of street parking available for guests. Ascend the stairs to the front porch where a bistro table for two and a bench provide a spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Enter the home through the front door into the foyer where French doors to the left lead to the living room with comfortable white couches surrounding a 70” LG flat screen TV with cable. Adjacent to the living room is an office, with a foosball table and workstation for those who need to conduct business! Backtrack through the living room, and you’ll find the kitchen, with a bar-height table that seats eight. Prepare a home cooked meal on stainless steel appliances including an electric stove/oven and microwave. Out of eye sight but right around the corner from the kitchen is the washer and dryer. Return to the foyer and across from the front door you will enter the only first floor bedroom. Just to the right of the bedroom door is the staircase leading up to the other three spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom suite has a similar layout and amenities, so no need to squabble over who gets the master! Every bedroom in the house is furnished with a queen-size bed, individual temperature controls, and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. An added bonus is each room has a vanity area with an extra sink for your convenience. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the home. The Neighborhood: East Nashville is one of the city's trendiest and eclectic neighborhoods, and this home is located in the heart of it all. Popular local restaurants like The Pharmacy Burger Parlor & Beer Garden, "Food Network's Best Restaurants In Nashville" Lyra Modern Middle Eastern Cuisine and "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" featured Mexican restaurant: Mas Tacos and Spicy Boy's, genuine cajun, are only a block away. The front of the triplex is the original free standing Victorian style home with the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Separate residences, abuts the back of the original home. Most importantly we follow all local and state tax laws and our home is compliant with Nashville city ordinances regarding short term rentals.

We are 6 friends who travel together yearly. Nashville was the perfect place for us this year. This home was perfect for what we needed and wanted. It was a short inexpensive Uber ride to Broadway for our event. The neighborhood was busy but quiet. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance and many more within a short driving distance.

We stayed here with our family and friends for my parent’s 70th birthday party. The home is very well maintained, lots of character! We stayed here with three other couples and we all had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was fantastic!

Our group of 7 stayed for a long weekend and were extremely happy with the property! There was plenty of space and we loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We spent most of our time on Broadway (short Uber ride into town, or even easier to Uber to the pedestrian bridge and walk across) but also went out in East Nashville which was also fun! Highly recommend Pharmacy Burger, Mas Tacos, and Spicy Boys which are literally around the corner from the house.
Nathan was quick to respond and even made it possible to get into the house a few hours early. We highly recommend staying here!

This modern, yet cozy and comfortable, house was perfect for a milestone birthday celebration with friends. We each had a private room with bath. The neighborhoid was quiet with restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Nashville was an easy ride away. Highly recommend this property!

This was the perfect property for our Nashville getaway. The communication was excellent, the property exactly as described and we loved the location. It was short Uber ride to downtown or the area around Opryland. Grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations and many other businesses were just a short drive from the house. The Pharmacy had great burgers and Mas Tacos served authentic mexican and both were just down the block! We were in town with 3 other couples and we all appreciated having our own bathroom tied to each of the four bedrooms. Would definitely stay again!

Communication and ease of access cannot be beat here. Will stay here again while in the Nashville area. Explore the immediate neighborhood eat spots before heading into the crowds downtown...or bring back dinner like we did and just relax in this house...super.

This house was just ok! It was very warm inside when we arrived but cooled down once we turned the air on but to walk into a house being 90 degrees isn’t what I expected. Kitchen was nice but we didn’t use it much. There was a used qtip in the sink of one of the bathrooms and hair in the sink. It also had a musty smell and there was only 2 towels in each bathroom! The last thing I want to do on vacation is laundry! The pictures make it seem like the house is new and updated but it is not - it could definitely use a new paint job all over and a good deep cleaning of baseboards and such!

It was a great fit for the four couples that stayed there. Parking in the street was fine. Lyft rides were handy and quick about $10 a trip. I went for a run a couple mornings and was glad to be in an area to be able to do that!
Could have used more toilet paper and towels. There wasn’t any 9x13 pans in the kitchen. Seemed to be enough other kitchen supplies.

Nashville Wedding
We stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was perfect for 4 couples. We all had our own bathroom and space. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a bin for commonly forgotten items, like toothbrushes, which one of us forgot. The location is close to broadway and located on a quiet street. Management was fast to reply when we had a power outage due to lightning. 5 stars!!

Enjoyable Visit over the Holidays
We really enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday. The owner was very quick to respond to all of my questions and very easy to deal with. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location was great for visiting with our Nashville relatives and for going downtown. Parking worked out fine, and we appreciated that the house was even decorated with Christmas lights. Our family has two couples and two singles, so having 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was perfect. Thank you for the coffee supplies and the special gift of goo goo clusters!

This property was perfect! It was clean and exactly how it shows online. The Uber’s were cheap to Broadway, great walking distance for restaurants and stores around the house, and the owner responded immediately to any questions we had! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
